I always bought from them on Valentine's Day in the past, and continued the tradition this year in the new space. Natasha was great and made exactly what I wanted come to life. They were open late days before, and on Valentine's Day. The fact that this being local, and what I think is owned by women, makes me realize I should stop by more than once or twice a year.

After reviewing photos on their website, I purposely called them because I never like to order from stock photos shown online. All local florists nowadays use a service such as FTD or 800-Flowers to direct and funnel them customers online but it's always best to speak to your local florist directly instead. It also helps local businesses cut out the middle man fees, ensuring a better profit margin to support your local businesses. Maggie who I believe is the owner, was courteous and professional. I gave her an idea of what I wanted, along with budget. She texted me photos of real work she's done and then worked with me on the details. I paid over the phone with a CC and the process was timely and efficient. Day of funeral service, she had completed the arrangement and delivery several hours before the funeral. However when she sent me a photo of the arrangement, I requested a modification. She responded right away with her very first reply offering to adjust it and redeliver it. I mean, no pushback, no questioning back and forth - just pure effort, accommodation and service. (Attached copy of text showing her response!) Within the hour, they went back to the funeral home, brought it back to their shop, made the adjustments and redelivered it. I mean, how impressive is that?! The arrangement was beautiful and conveyed my sentiments of sympathy and love. Photo of her work is attached. For reference, $175 + $10 delivery + tax. I will ABSOLUTELY be relying on Sunset again! * VISITING CUSTOMERS BEWARE *…read more If you are not a local beware of this florist. They will overcharge you last minute once they have your bouquet made! They had premade bouquets for $30-35, but I asked them if they could make one with pink and white roses and the lady yes for $40. Midway I asked to add some lily's, they added a total of 4 lily's and at the end she says the total will be $75! And then on top of that once I pay I get my receipt back and they charged me $82!!! EIGHTY-TWO DOLLARS!!! So 3 lily's were worth $35, and yet she didn't tell me this ahead of time. Very disappointing that she would overcharge me. I told my fiancé who is from this area who was waiting in the car and he went back in the store to talk to her and she said "well she should've known", meaning that because I'm not from there I should've known she would've overcharged me. For being a florist near hotels and touristy locations, very dishonest customer service.
