They used to be a few doors down from the Post Office, but the new location is much better. Bigger, brighter. I always bought from them on Valentine's Day in the past, and continued the tradition this year in the new space. Natasha was great and made exactly what I wanted come to life. They were open late days before, and on Valentine's Day. The fact that this being local, and what I think is owned by women, makes me realize I should stop by more than once or twice a year. read more

Stopped by the store recently to buy a bouquet. It was towards the end of the day, so selection was limited, as would be expected. Put my face mask on and started to walk in, but the assistant ushered me out of the store, since she didn't have a mask. Hmm..ok. Safety first - i get it. Within the first minute or two, I felt like the assistant was a little annoyed by me being there, but maybe that's just me. I stated the event the bouquet was for, and the assistant reached for flowers from the refrigerator. She started putting together a bunch and showing them to me from inside the store, as i stood outside. i asked her to add and take out certain flowers, which she did, but the whole experience felt rushed, pressured and cold. There was no input, suggestion or insight from the assistant. It crossed my mind a few times to just cancel the purchase, but i needed the flowers relatively urgently. Eventually, i just tell her "it's ok. i'll take it. How much is it?" She is silent for a moment and then says "$45" and proceeds to prepare them for the bouquet. i have no idea exactly how that price came to be, but i gave her my Credit card and she mentioned what the price was, plus tax. She then hands me the bouquet which she had meticulously prepared and i leave. As i walk away, I notice the flower stems have been cut too short (in my opinion) and a few of them were starting to wilt. i didn't see the wilting while standing outside the store looking at them, but would have hoped she brought that to my attention. Bottom line is the flowers were average, but I do expect more from shop assistants. I don't like to spend $50 and walk away feeling disappointed. As I showed you the picture , you know this is not $75.00 worth of babies breath. I don't think you want to admit that either you or your delivery driver made a mistake. What's worse is you stood with my money you did not earn. You told me your not a liar but you are when you can clearly see I was not delivered the accurate amount. I did not initially believe that. I truly thought the delivery man accidentally left it in his car which is why I reached out to you but after the way you responded clearly you were not interested in resolving this. I don't wish to go back and forth with you. Karma has a way of getting you back. All you had to do was apologize and if you could not get the correct qty, refund me the difference. That would have been the right thing to do. You kept reflecting the text messages but I was not disputing the price , I was disputing the quantity or the lack of babies breath delivered. The picture clearly shows you but your unwillingness to resolve this is what shows your true character. Your unprofessional and I have a right to share my experience. You failed to fix a simple situation that you made an error. It was so minuscule. Good luck to you. Hope you learn a lesson. I ordered 10 small table flower arrangements for my wedding dinner, my bride bouquet and boutonniere and was deeply disappointed. The arrangements were not done as promised and the boutonniere was a disaster. I provided the owner with pictures of the arrangements that I wanted and was given a completely different arrangement. I asked for an elegant table arrangement made with pink and white hydrangeas with pink roses and paid $420.00. Needless to say, that is not what I got. I got white and green hydrangeas with one rose in each arrangement. Plus, the flowers were dying and falling apart when they were delivered at the venue. They were very poorly done. I later learned that the owner had a novice make the arrangements. She had no idea what she was doing. The boutonniere didn't even make it through our pictures because all the petals fell off. The bouquet was the only one that made it but it didn't even matter because all I could see was the table arrangements dying and falling apart in front of my eyes. All of the guests noticed that the flower arrangements were falling apart so they had to move the flowers out of the tables because they looked awful. I was devastated. This is not what I wanted for my wedding. I will never use this florist again so please be warned. read more
