After escalating up to the store manager, Melissa, she talked down to me and finally reluctantly gave me the discount along with the huff and puff of her attitude. I spend $700 each summer and she just lost my future business. A simple acknowledgement of the issue, a kind "sure, let me get you that and thanks for bringing it to my attention- we will better word that sign" would have been the better strategy, don't you think? But instead, she decided to be hostile.
