Called Precious Petals, and though late, the lady corrected the address for me. Next day, I get a call from the delivery lady "No one home, can I leave it on the porch?" She must've detected my hesitancy because I receive a text with a picture of the flowers in front of the door! My wife comes to the house and is blown away by the arrangement. I want to agree with one of the previous review: Russel was the one I dealt with during the whole process, he came the morning of my wedding, made sure everything looked perfect as we discussed. He was always smiling and so cheerful. It wasn't just some assistants from said company or delivery people dropping your flowers. The one time I had an issue with my container leaking, I was immediately sent a whole new arrangement. Outstanding customer service always gets five stars from me! Some reviewers complain about the prices, but I'd rather spend a little more to support a local independent florist who provides beautiful, fragrant, artfully crafted flowers than the cookie cutter arrangements from a chain florist.
