I contacted them and they said they were out of the red vase because sold out from Christmas. I asked them it would have been nice to call me and let me know if they didn't have the right materials to complete this arrangement. Orderd flowers for local delivery on Monday arrived Tuesday afternoon. Included box of chocolates for 25 dollars extra. Flowers were nice but chocolates not included. Now I happened to be there when flowers delivered so I would never of known about them missing. The person on the phone was neither surprised or apologetic but stated she would give refund. There was 15 dollar delivery fee and also service fee not listed anywhere I could see it on web site and I went back and looked. They refused to refund service fee or delivery fee. The lady "owner" at flower shop said it's nothing wrong with the flowers and it's fine it's nature and they flowers are perfect. She then said to me that I'm just too picky". Really?? The day before my wedding, and I'm too picky about old flowers for my weddThey are very rude and I will never come back here again . My wedding was August 1st at the Sundy House. It was beautiful and exactly as I described to Cammie. She was a pleasure to work with. I was extremely disappointed when I saw the flowers the Day of my Wedding. I believe I was scammed by Cammie. I paid for expensive flowers which I picked out with Cammie at several different sitting. I paid her in Full a week before my Wedding. She used a cheaper version of the roses in My Bouquet and My Bridesmaids... I tried to contact Cammie a few days before my wedding to see if she was on track for the Roses I had ordered.. She told me to stop bothering her and let her do her job, and that everything would be fine. With a response like that, that was so unprofessional I was really surprised .. A Bride looks forward to the day she's dreamed about her whole life.. I was very thorough and clear when I sat down with Cammie my vision of My bouquet and my Bridesmaids. Cammie did a BATE AND SWITCH ........ She sold me on the expensive roses and then used cheaper roses.. I texted her the day after my wedding to tell her how disappointed I was but got no response.. The store is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The smell of flowers is so refreshing when entering the store! I needed Oasis wet foam in a pinch, the ladies in the store were very pleasant. The florist graciously sold me the foam, and she sold me 6 out of the 8 she had left. So nice! There was also a really nice selection of flowers, reasonably priced. Flower Market was a total life saver. My niece was getting married on a budget, so we decided to make it ourselves. We stopped at many different flower shops but the flower prices were not competitive and there wasn't much of a variety to pick from. Love this place to bits. This is the only florist shop I like within the boynton beach, delay, and the lake worth area. The prices are great and very very affordable here! The workers are fantastic and very helpful. The selection and variety in flowers and vases is great. My #1 floral shop! The moved places so the spot is A LOT more easier to recognize and is much much bigger. It's next to TJ max in the plaza with petco and kohls. Just went there today. I worked in a flower shop in high school and college, so I know how to properly care for roses upon bringing them home. I did everything I was trained to do. I pre-ordered flowers online for a good friend not only was it her 75th birthday, but she had also just gotten out of the hospital. The flower designer/maybe owner, called me to say their driver had already left for the day and asked if the flowers could get delivered the next day. I wanted to cancel, but she had said, "no worries, I'll make sure she gets them today." Not even an hour later they were delivered at her door. The delivery was right on time and how the bouquets were set up was amazing. It's hard to explain but they came in a long rectangular box that had circle cut outs where the vases went into and the flowers were in the vases. The box was wrapped beautifully.
