Overwhelmed, I asked him if he would mind putting together an arrangement for me for around $40. He let me pick the flowers I wanted and made the most beautiful arrangement for me right on the spot. Family owned and operated for many years, providing superior customer service, allowing loyal customers to commemorate special events in their lives. The owners, office staff, designers and delivery people always gave 100% to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, the Blossom Shoppe was sold to Flower Kingdom, a larger, colder and corporate organization focused on making a dollar. All of the inherited staff have been either terminated or laid off. Personally, I can not patronize such a place, just because I need flowers. Several good and loyal employees who provided an excellent customer experience have been eliminated. First of all they accommodated a wedding date 2 days after Christmas which a number of other florists declined because the wedding fell on a date that would have provided the floral shop owners to have a long weekend which only happens in that exact way every 7 years. So, experiencing their willingness to accommodate was refreshing and loving. Vintage/BoHo chic was our wedding theme. Small intimate backyard wedding. We provided a few pics from Pinterest that supported our vision, and a few conversations for continued vision support and various emails & calls - all of which gave me, the bride, a sense of connection & availability that was effortless. What ultimately was created out of that was nothing short of miraculous. Our vision 100% accurate. My NEED for perfection around flowers was the only part of the wedding that I was clearly and obviously committed to creating a certain ambiance and I was so pleased to have had it visually manifest before my very eyes. The flowers fragrant and fresh. Arrangements stunning - the arbor which was the grooms doing was amazing. The bouquet --- let's say my eyes are filling w tears as I type. Needed to send flowers to my Grandma for her birthday. Called Blossom Shop based on Yelp reviews. Told them about how much I wanted to spend and what color flowers she likes (peach and pink). Delivered on time (the next day) with no issues, which I appreciate. Wish they would have asked if I wanted glass versus the basket they used, but in general, the flowers looked nice. One strange thing was they said they would send e-mail order confirmation and delivery confirmation, but I didn't get anything until the day after the delivery. read more

I ordered flowers for my grandmother 4 days in advance for her birthday since I couldn't be there to celebrate due to covid. I was guaranteed (and charged) that they would be delivered on Friday. Not only were they not delivered, but they blamed my grandmother not answering her phone as the reason she didn't get her surprise birthday flowers. I asked why I was never called, since they took down all of my info and I was the person who spoke to them on the phone directly and placed the order and they still insisted it wasn't their fault. The florist I spoke to was extremely rude on the phone explaining to me she couldn't get through the gate because no one answered BUT I still wasn't contacted and they could have been left with the gate house. Neither of those actions were taken and I was still charged 96$ for the service. The only thing the florist offered me was to credit me back the delivery fee. They also delivered the old floral arrangement, not a new, fresh arrangement when they made the delivery the next afternoon. I had requested that if I will not be compensated for the price of the arrangement to have a fresh one sent and the florist simply told me No, the original arrangement is being sent they were in a refrigerator. I am extremely disappointment by the way I was spoken to and how the shop handled this situation. If you want to surprise anyone with sending flowers from this shop, don't because the receiving party must not be surprised and know to keep their phone on them 24/7. read more

Hate writing reviews but this poor customer service experience should be reported. For the amount of money you pay for a service of fresh flowers to be sent to a grieving family I should have experienced better service. My first instinct was how awful the call was when the order was entered through Norma (Clerk: NLG) to be sent out the same day. She was very short with me and no patience. (Whoever is answering phones should always be professional; age is not an excuse.) Secondly, the order receipt said it was sent to the deceased member! and not family. nor was it sent on the day it was originally promised to me the paying the customer. Third, I received a phone call from a rude employee name Tami in defensive attitude about of these poor services instead of simply asking the customer what happened? Or providing and explanation for it not being delivered on date. (Customer should have been reassured and explained to what happened in a calming matter) simple... right? No instead I was talked over like a child and accused of not being pleasant when just inquiring about my order. maybe a bad case of luck that day... but this company did not meet my expectations and will not be using them again or suggesting them. I spoke with Leslie, who in turn politely placed my order for Valentines Day flowers for my mom. I was genuinely shocked with feelings of great happiness after I received a phone call from my mom, where I reside in NJ. The "Exquisite Flowers" were absolutely "Breathtaking" as per my moms' conversation. Our expectation's were beyond anything that I was expecting. Also, as per what my mom had communicated to me during our phone call. A few hours later I received a call from my older sister ( Residing five minute's from my parents home ) for the specific purpose of wanting me to know that she had just arrived at our parents home. I've sent my mom flowers in the past. This was the one and only time my sister was so impressed by what my mom received, she really needed to call me to let me know!
