I've come in here a few times with him to get stuff for mother's day and special occasions. It's really small, but everything you want and need is out in the open. One wall has a display of bouquets already made for pick up and go. Outside, it's the same thing. On the other wall opposite of the bouquets is a fridge to keep the more expensive flowers fresh. In the middle are flowers and plants that you can choose for them to customize a bouquet for you. Simple as that. Everything is affordable here and the workers are friendly. I know how often I get flowers from my BF, it's almost weekly. This spot is not busy at all...as there are other flower shops on Bell Blvd where all the foot traffic is. I don't know -- I guess I got irked when she was so "business" and could feel that she was feigning friendliness. It just kind of bugs me that he's a frequent there, and the owner doesn't even acknowledge him as one. This is the reason for the 4 stars. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this flower shop was extremely…read moredisappointing. I paid a $15 delivery fee because we were unable to pick up the flowers ourselves. I spoke with the owner (or employee) that morning and clearly explained that the flowers had to be delivered before 2:00 p.m. She assured me there would be no problem. Later, she started calling to say the delivery person was running late and even suggested that we come pick up the flowers ourselves. I'm sorry, but that's not the customer's responsibility. If I paid for delivery, I expect the delivery service to be provided. The flower shop is only about six minutes from the delivery location, and if there aren't enough drivers to handle deliveries on time, that's something the business needs to address, not the customer. The flowers were eventually delivered, but what happened afterward was even more upsetting. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she repeatedly bombarded my phone with disrespectful text messages that made no sense and were completely unprofessional. No customer deserves to be treated that way. I asked for my delivery fee to be refunded because of the poor service and disrespect. Rather than resolving the situation professionally, I received text messages stating that she had recorded our conversations and that she would "see us in court." I found these messages unnecessary and intimidating, especially since this began as a simple customer service complaint over a paid delivery service.
