Floral Explosion was second on the list. The first place I called could not do same day delivery. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly. She took down all necessary information. I was browsing their website and told her the name of the arrangement I wanted. She explained the arrangement might not look exactly like the image on the website but it would be close. I told her the flowers needed to arrive before 1p (because of moms work schedule). I also asked if she could send me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered. I called at 9:33a. I received a picture of the arrangement at 10:23a. The flowers were delivered before 12p. My mom text me at 11:59a to say she loved the flowers. To say I am happy with the service I received would be an underestimate. I am over the moon. Thank you.

He said they need to make substitutions because some of the flowers are seasonal and not available. If they could not duplicate what is shown on the website in a smaller version, then the picture should be removed or I should have been notified. Lucy exceeded expectations. She created 50 large centerpieces, bridal bouquets, boutonnieres among other arrangements. They were all gorgeous. the pictures speak for themselves. I would definitely recommend her for large events, small events, anything. Not only is she creative, she was accommodating to our needs and listened to our input. I must have changed my centerpiece design at least three times. And each time she would create a sample centerpiece until we finally got it right. One of the most impressive things she did was sticking around to take down the floral arrangements from the ceremony and using them to decorate the reception hall. I did not ask her to do this, she was thoughtful and sweet enough to do it on her own. I seriously cannot say enough great things about Lucy. She is a master at her craft.
