First id like to start by saying that the dish garden is beautiful however service and attitude not…read morenice. I called for a delivery of a dish garden. I gave the address knowing it was less than four miles away from the recipient. I asked for suggestions as I wanted more of a plant than fresh flowers. The woman who answered the phone suggested a dish garden. I asked her how much and she quoted me a price. Shame on me for not asking for the "total" price as I was charged 35% more than the price given over the phone by the owner's sister. When I called back to ask about the charge on my card I spoke to the same woman and she stated that there were charges for delivery, tax and credit card processing fees. I'm not completely surprised now that it has been explained to me but it would have been better to be told the total price when I asked upon initial order. When I explained that I was surprised with the amount I was charged on my card today, she stated that "everyone" knows that there is a delivery charge and credit card processing fees with an attitude. It's not always what is said but how you say it.

She's the first vendor we booked - after we met with her and saw what she could do, there was no need to talk to anyone else. I gave her so many inspiration photos and she was somehow able to pull out the essence of what I was looking for. I gasped when I saw my bouquet - partly from excitement, but mostly because it was just so pretty! It fit my personality and the look I was going for perfectly. The bridesmaid's bouquets were also beautiful. We switched around the synagogue's decorating scheme at the last minute and she rolled with it. Her suggestions were spot-on and the tall, spare arrangements really complemented the classical architecture of the room. At the reception, I was dancing almost the whole night, so I didn't get to study the centerpieces (like I wanted to!), but when I looked over the whole ballroom, they were perfectly what I envisioned. Lush, colorful, and they helped make the ballroom look spectacular. The little bud vases of single blooms on our dessert table and the simple cut flowers spread across the mantles looked they'd just been picked from the garden. They made the dining room look so beautiful and romantic. Her prices are reasonable and I think we got a lot for what we paid. She's also an absolute sweetheart who waited for me for over an hour when I got stuck in crazy traffic going to our consultation. I get the impression she's a one-woman show, so it sometimes took her a day or two to get back to me, but she always responded with great ideas and the information I requested. I wish she could come everyday and put her beautiful flowers all over my house!

I love their large variety, so I kept going back to give them the benefit of the doubt. Clearly, my mistake. I purchased 3 large boxwoods at $250 a piece, plus $100 delivery fee. The gentleman I spoke with assured me they were super hearty, can withstand direct sunlight and assured me again... they would not die. Since the previous round of bushes I purchased from them did. I had my landscapers plant them, all new and nutrient packed soil was used as well. They struggled that summer, but somewhat came back last summer. This year, completely dead. I called and spoke with someone, they told me too bad. It's past the time of purchases. I'm out almost $1000 on these 3 bushes, plus the previous bushes that their employees assured me would survive. I've purchased many perennials as well that also did not survive. I've spent a fortune here only to be told, oh well. Do not recommend! Makes me sad, but I will not be back.

My wife called and said she received the bouquet. When I got home I was embarrassed at the arrangement. I could have bought a larger nicer bouquet from a grocery store for $9.95 The pictures below are what I ordered and what I received. I sent pictures to From You Flowers and they were appalled. I will never use or recommend this Florist.
