The lady there didn't offer to let me change my order, upsell me on something different, didn't even apologize for the inconvenience... just flat-out refused me service and then the girl had the audacity to say "maybe I could have made it work if you were here at like 1:40ish..." As if her doing her job is negotiable once she's mentally already back at home on her couch. Never mind that the lobby was empty and she had nothing left to do EXCEPT her job. I was like "that's less than five effing minutes ago, y'all have a problem here" and as I walked out this girl actually yelled after me something like "I didn't know your BLT meant that much to you" Which would be completely uncalled for even if I DIDN'T happen to be someone with a chronic condition which actually does affect my diet. So yes, eating something actually WAS that important to me. This isn't even the first time an employee here has claimed I am 'two minutes too late' to order food off the grill they shut off some 10 minutes earlier than 1 hour early. Those cashiers have the work ethic of slugs. I'd recommend literally any other place for lunch, as the Great Harvest has disappointed me several times now. The first time I ate here I actually left a five-star review, but that was before they changed their hours and I will be removing that review. With a super friendly staff and brand names it's an excellent option. They have Sarah lee, Thomas's, entemans among others. I go here for all my bread needs including packs of bagels (which are only a dollar), sliced bread, buns, and danish. The place is blink and you'll miss it small but well worth the trip. This is located off highway and small, so unless you're actively looking for it, you will miss this and have to do a whole U-turn to get to it. I wished I loved closer to be able to get my bread here regularly but will definitely be making a pit stop anytime I am in the area.
