My husband surprised me with a flower arrangement for my birthday. He bought it on a Saturday afternoon just before Allison's closed. On Sunday morning when he gave it to me, I had to pull every dead rose (6). By Tuesday, 90% of the flowers were dead. I emailed Allison to share this experience. I never received a response. I shared multiple pictures showing the dead flowers. Still no response. This was disappointing as we have purchased flowers from there before and was never this disappointed, particularly on a birthday. It would have been professional to at least respond to the email with concern for my disappointment. read more

I found this wonderful place and I'm so glad I did . It was Salisbury University graduation and I wanted to get my daughter flowers. I did but want the grocery store ones. I googled and found her place . She made me 2 absolutely beautiful bouquets. One for my daughter's pinning ceremony and one for graduation. She did it while I waited it took no more than 15 minutes. I could not have been happier with the flowers that we got for my grandparents' surprise vow renewal. Our daughter's wedding was this past weekend. We had originally planned to "pick our own" flowers at a local farm and nursery. Katie was trying to be frugal, and we also thought it would be a fun experience for all of the girls. Thankfully, our daughter and her fiancé traveled there 2 weeks before the wedding, and were very disappointed with the condition of the flowers. They happened to see a sign advertising flowers by Alison, so we called. Told Alison about our original plan, and how it fell through at the last minute. We needed very specific colors--and Alison did her magic! The flowers were so beautiful, I almost cried when I saw them! She prepared wired flowers for Katie's hair, and there ended up being plenty for all of the attendants. They delivered them to us in plenty of time. I called around several places for prices for a corsage for my son's date for his prom. All the other places were starting at $40.00. On a whim, I called Flowers by Alison and was told they are $27.50. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. I told Alison what I was looking for and her recommendation sounded exactly what I was looking for and she stated that she would even add some daisies as my son's date mentioned she liked them. I had used Flowers by Alison in the past and was always super pleased with their work. So it was only natural that when I started planning my wedding, that they were at the top of my list to do the flowers. Our initial meeting was very successful, and I left very happy with our choices. Unfortunately, that is where to good feelings end. We were told to expect a proposal for the flowers within a week, maybe 2 weeks. It never came. We called and left messages. We got a call saying that we would get the proposal within the next few days. It never arrived. It has been almost 7 weeks of trying to get pricing and we now cannot get anyone to call us back. And what's even worse, is that I am not the only bride that this has happened to recently. Very disappointed. read more

I had my wedding about 2 weeks ago, Allison did my bouquets. I would not recommend her to anyone for anything. First the man who delivered my flowers was so rude! when I told him these were not the right Bouquets and I was missing a wrist corsage he said " I will be right back I'm going to my truck to check" he never came back. I called the woman who was in charge of the ceremony set up after I tried calling Allison about ten times with no answer. Allison came to the hotel room to "fix" the flowers. OMG not only was she the rudest person in the world but when you look at al my pictures the bouquets are so horrible!!! looks like something was thrown together and tied with material. The woman who was doing our hair and makeup even commented on how rude she was. For one year not only did I send pictures but was very specific on what I wanted. Not once was I told I could not have them until the day of. Produce junction had better arrangements!!!! So no I would not give the woman one red cent!!!!! read more
