No contact thru the day but received a phone call at 6:30PM Sat eve stating that here go's - ( a woman who btw never even identified herself) but started off by "Sorry I just realized you ordered flowers today. Seems there was a Verizon outage and well I thought it was my phone and I even tried to log in to pay my bill, but you need your pin and without phone communication I could not even get into condo's in OC. I am in OC now and I just realized your order" So thinking I am in the twilight zone I said, SO what does this mean, "Are you not delivering the flowers today for My Aunts Bday" Well again the Verizon Outage... after about 5 minutes of a tangled web of chatter that meant absolutely nothing to my order, I politely asked what she intended to do to complete my order. The Birthday was for Sunday and their website says open, but she clearly stated they were not open on Sunday. I asked her to communicate to me as she said she would work on a solution. I text Sun am at 9am asking if we had a solution, she said yes they will be delivered today. I text a big Thank you and appreciate her making the order work. Then I received at phone call at 11am stating "it just wasn't going to work .... Her mother was tired and she did not have keys to the flower shop, she was in Ocean City and they had a wedding yesterday and btw she did not think they even had red roses and because the verizon outage yesterday and ya know you do so much business on your phone". I politely asked for a full refund and said I would find someone in Salisbury to deliver. I did go back and check the website for Flowers Unlimited. I says open today, so I called the number listed (different # then the unidentified woman whom had called) to have her answer on the 8th or so ring. Not answer as a business or even her name. I recognized her voice and she verified she had just spoke to me. LONG of the short. STOP with the reasons you could not deliver. It makes you sound so unprofessional and just plain drama driven, not business like. A I am sorry and here is your refund would have been sufficient, and I would not be typing a review! But what load of... bleep! I then reached out to Door Dash, Got a similar Large bouquet of roses, and lillys from the ACME florist. Door dash delivered for $20 less in a delivery fee, and ACME arrangement was $15 less. And IT actually got delivered within about an hour of when i placed the order. I love to do business with other small businesses, but I would stay far from this one as possible. Part 2 if I don't get a timely refund.

He told me exactly what he could and couldn't do (we were working with florist's choice because of the last minute nature of my request), but he also delivered my arrangement on Sunday. The flowers were stunning, which is the most important part. In addition, when I called a second time after figuring out my mom wasn't going to be around, they worked out a late delivery time and left the flowers in a cool, shaded spot so they weren't wilty when my mom got home. I'll definitely be ordering from Enchanted Petals the next time I need flowers delivered in the Lewes/Rehoboth area.

I called Enchanted Petals because of all of the high praise I found on Yelp. Every 5 star review is right on the money. I called, spoke with Josh and described my wife's favorite flowers and colors and asked to have it delivered to our hotel. Needless to say, the bouquet was beautiful and there it was, right in the room when my wife walked in. So happy and I wish they did business in Philly.

Decorative leaves shoved in so I could barely see them. I moved to larger vase. Stems were ragged and cut in all lengths so many could reach water. Some stems were broken.
