I submitted an inquiry online at around 7 am and the owner Ron replied right away to say he is able and can even deliver the same day! So, I called him and we discussed the flowers and in the afternoon my friend texted me the picture of the beautiful arrangement she received. Needless to say all parties were happy and I can't thank Ron enough for the great job he did. In my opinion he sets the bar high for what a business should do to be competitive in his field. I ordered a "Pretty as a Pitcher" arrangement online and when I came to pick it up I was told they couldn't get the pitchers anymore and replaced it with a small white bowl. I wasn't offered a refund or any money off for the clearly lower-quality arrangement. Nor was I notified they had to replace the pitcher. I would have changed my order. Add to that, many of the flowers in the arrangement were obviously withered and well past their prime. As I placed it in my car, two roses even fell out of the arrangement. I just ordered from another shop because this will not work for an anniversary gift. They can have the money, but they won't get my repeat business. Hopefully, this was a one-time thing for them.
