I don't know if 5 stars really can capture what Carole and her team did to meet my floral needs for my wedding. Awesome, amazing, spectacular, fantastic, terrific, and stellar doesn't do Designing Images any justice as well. Perfect is the only word I can use to describe the entire experience when working with Carole. First off, she knows her stuff. She knows what works for the time of year your wedding is and can answer any question you have. But, you have to be honest with her to get the full experience. You have to be upfront with her and tell her what you like, don't like, and what your vision is. Carole really knows her stuff!!! She is so creative and so affordable. My chuppah was amazing. Better than I could have imagined. My centerpieces were simple, yet elegant and were exactly what I wanted. She even called me the day off to let me know she had to make a mad dash into Boston at 4am because some of my peonies didn't look good. She had to use darker pink ones than I had asked for and wanted to check with me first. My sister died on May 26. I went to Designing Images for a casket piece in tribute of my sister. There was much activity going on behind the counter. People seemed disinterested in my need. I reluctantly in my heart placed an order. In a difficult time in our lives, I walked into to view my sister and I could see 1/3 of the piece was drooping and continued to do so as the wake continued. The morning of the funeral, the 1/3 of the flowers were dead. I emailed the owner and asked for restitution...no response. I waited until my credit card came in and no credit. I first heard of Carole at Designing Images because my boss always orders flowers from her. When we started planning our wedding I went and had a consultation with Carole and was very happy with her. She is such a nice person and really knows flowers! I came with Pinterest photos (of course!) to our meeting and she made great suggestions for improving what I was looking for. She even went as far as having me write down a list of things that a lot of brides forget (like soda water and a white napkin in case of any spills). She went above and beyond at the first meeting. Her communication was great and she sent me the quote and then made all of the changes that I asked for since our table numbers changed a few times. I went in about a week before the wedding to drop off some special vases that I wanted to use. While I was there I told Carole how I bought my own tablecloths and though they were pretty it was going to take a long time to steam them from their packaging wrinkles. Without hesitation she grabbed her industrial steamer and threw it in the back seat of my car. This is just one example of her generosity and care for her brides. Having that extra steamer was a life saver!!! The wedding day came and the flowers were gorgeous! They really looked exactly like the pictures I showed her at our original meeting which was perfect. Bought my wife a dozen roses for our anniversary-called the day before to explore prices because another florist near randolph was charging $60 for their roses- no way for me to afford that. Designing Image price was $22.30 (wrapped nicely with greens and baby's breath) I placed the order and they said it would be all ready for me next day. Went there to pick up and all was ready as promised- gorgeous gorgeous presentation-my wife flipped-best dozen roses I've ever given her-each rose had a water ampule attached to the stem-tons of lush greenery and baby's breath-she said that it looked like a hundred dollar piece where did I get the money for that etc etc. she was much impressed and just loved it-perfect roses for our twenty fifth anniversary of our first blind date.
