I received amazing service from Joanne (sp?) and her team and I am so grateful that they were able to help during a sensitive time. After ordering flowers for the first deceased family member we were in need of another arrangement to be sent out because of another extended family member's passing. Joanne went above and beyond to ensure that our deliveries were delivered within a time window dictated by the funeral home. When dealing with a death of a loved one the last thing you would want is to have a difficult time with ordering flowers to honor them. I was throughly pleased with the service and care we received from Hutcheon's and would not hesitate to use them again for our floral needs. On January 31st one of the coldest days we've had yet the three of us were delivered plants that unfortunately, due to the cold suffered a flash freeze, which we supplied photos of and unfortunately Hutcheon's refuse to replace all three plants. They only replaced my Plant not my two sisters. The same thing happened to all three of us and they said that they were delivered alive despite us sending photos that were taken less than 24 hours after they were delivered showing them dead. I will never, ever go there or recommend their service again after this!
