I ordered a specific Teleflora funeral arrangement via phone & was told by owner there would be no…read moreproblem. I was surprised to see a regular fresh flower arrangement at the funeral home. The substituted arrangement was not even in the same color family of my requested arrangement. I called the owner & he said he didn't have the correct flowers because his stock was low due to Valentine's Day which was 7 days before my order. He said he has to substitute "alot". When I asked why he didn't call me he said he was too busy. But he had no problem calling me back to verify my credit card number. He apparently had written it down incorrectly. He said it was too late to do anything about flowers. That's when I asked for my credit card to be credited a partial refund. He told me I would have to come to the shop so he could swipe my card. He said he was very busy & was leaving to make deliveries & wouldn't be back today- that I would have to come to the shop tomorrow. I did have a bit of a red flag when I placed my order because he had to pull his van off the road to take my order. I thought it was odd that no one was in the shop to take order. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. If he had only called to let me know he couldn't fulfill my order as requested, I would have been fine with substitution. He later said he substitutes "alot". Tomorrow I will go to the flower shop to get my account credited. And I will take future business elsewhere.

Linda did an amazing job with the flowers for my wedding down in Bloomington! I had her special order Picasso Calla Lilies and arrange all of the boutonnières for family members. She also put together three lovely terrariums for the tables at the wedding, as well as some greenery for our wedding cake. The arrangements were gorgeous and so was her farm. Just two things to consider: she does not deliver, so it made it a little more difficult to get the arrangements before the wedding. While she is only 20 minutes outside of Bloomington, it wasn't on the way to our venue. I knew my parents would love to see the farm, so that made it worthwhile for me. The other thing is that she has two (adorable) dogs that will greet you when you arrive. I LOVE dogs, but don't care for them to jump on me with muddy paws. . . ;) When we went to pick up the wedding flowers, the dogs jumped onto the side of my newly-washed vehicle and left mud marks & scratches on my car. I had my car washed again and the marks from the dogs are still there. Not the end of the world, but not fabulous either. If I were throwing an event in Bloomington, I would definitely hire her again!

Not having heard back from Toshia, and knowing the event is now two days away, I called Toshia to see what the status of the order is. It quickly became appartent that Toshia had only begun working on the order today - NEARLY TWO WEEKS AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED. She assured me the order would be done and ready for pick-up by 2:00 this afternoon. It's now 3:05. I just called and the person I spoke with had absolutely no knowledge of the order. She went on to say that Toshia had to leave early today and wouldn't be back until tomorrow. So here I sit, the day before my event. Because of EYB's outright failure I am without shirts with our company logo for the largest event of the year. There is simply NO EXCUSE for this! If this is an example of your level of customer service, I take comfort knowing you will soon be out of business.
