Rona was very helpful leading up to our wedding day. She spoke with us over the phone whenever we needed to go over the florals on our wedding day. Overall she did a great job with our florals. The reason for 4 stars opposed to 5 is because a couple days prior to our wedding day she told us she would put some type of floral on our seating chart sign (I.e., vines, florals, etc.) when the day of the wedding came she didn't put anything on it. My dad asked her about it and she said "I didn't have anything". We were a little upset since she mentioned having something for it but on the day of told us she didn't. Flowers for tables, bouquets, and isles were beautiful although they had a lot of filler which with how much we spent we would have liked to see a little more flowers versus filler. read more

On our first call she told me "we are going to have fun" and she was great. She sent over an itemized proposal with my inspo images. Rona is the best! I'm serious you won't find a better florist. She did the floral for my wedding this last July and went above and beyond anything I ever expected. It was not an easy path to get married, we faced many obstacles including our reception venue closing down less then 30 days before our date due to COVID. We were able to make other arrangements however had to have two different locations for the ceremony and reception! Which meant needing floral decor at two different locations. Things went smoothly because of amazing vendors like her! She will bend over backwards for you to make sure your day is everything you want it to be. I have received two bouquets from this florist and both were really poor quality. The first one did have a beautiful design but was completely dead in two days. I called the shop and actually talked with the person that made the arrangement. I felt like she didn't believe me but I had taken pictures. Floral arrangements are so pricey and I hate for my friend to have spent that money on such a terrible arrangement. The florist said she would deliver a replacement but she never did. Great service.... The second bouquet i received lasted maybe 3 days. My sister had passed and I had received a number of arrangements. I told the owner what I wanted to spend and she could kind of tell I was hoping she would offer to design - which she did. All I can say is, what an artist! The arrangement showed up early, hand delivered by the owner of the company and my wife, who was the recipient, let me know that she had never received nicer bouquet. Rona is spectacular!!! I really had no idea what I wanted for my wedding flowers, just some general colors, and she creating arrangements that blew me away and were better than I could have every imagined. She used so many different types of flowers and textures that I felt like every time I looked at my bouquet I noticed something new. She had multiple phone calls with me to determine what would be needed for the wedding and was always so kind, helpful, and easy to work with. She took provided all items for the non-floral center pieces (we used floating candles for some tables) and the vases for the floral centerpieces. She took care of the clean up after the wedding, which was such a big help. Her and her team really care about making sure that not only do the bouquets and arrangements look amazing, but that the tables as a whole are cohesive and beautiful. She also really listened to us. My husband had mentioned that his favorite flower is a gardenia because he loves the smell and she had a gardenia in a bowl of water at our head table while we were eating and it smelled amazing. She was even kind enough to package and mail my bouquet to get preserved!! I would recommend her to anyone needing flowers. She's amazing!! read more

I recently ordered "Have I told you Lately" bouquet from this Discovery Bay local florist for my sister who lives in Discovery Bay. The total bill came to $119.75. I did my research and thought I found the perfect bouquet for her. Boy was I disappointed! I expected it to look like the picture. My sister loves pink and I thought the bouquet had the perfect amount of pink/pop to it. The bouquet was delivered with a text to me and a pic of it. I complained only to receive a voicemail from the owner explaining that they don't always get what they order and substitutions were made. She also stated that it's written on their website. Depending on how you navigate through their website a "due to COVID" substitutions can be made of equal value. Not sure exactly what it says because it disappears. I got scammed..her substitutions were not of equal value! Nothing but filler..I could have paid $20.00 and bought my sister a bouquet at Safeway. I didn't get what I paid for not even close! The bouquet had 4 roses..some lilies and filler. No pink anything. No white roses or even a bow. I didn't call her back because she obviously wasn't going to take any responsibility.
