I'm so glad I ended up at Flowers by Flores. On what has to be their busiest day of the year, they had beautiful arrangements ready to go. My son and I picked one that already looked great, but while I was checking out, one of the women (shame on me for not getting her name!) there swooped in, refreshed a few blooms with even fresher ones, and somehow made it look even better. They even got my son involved and had him so excited to give the flowers to his mom. It was such a great experience from start to finish. Needless to say, I'll be coming here instead of the grocery store from now on.

I called and spoke with Marilyn shortly after they opened last Thursday. She recognized my parents' Address and proximity to her shop and so was confident she could deliver a fresh bouquet that day. She took the time to give me an inventory of what flash flowers had come in that day and what she thought would be a nice combination. We agreed on an appropriate price for what I envisioned and settled up with the transaction in an efficient pleasant manner. Not two hours later I get a call from my mother, ecstatic with a beautiful arrangement that had just been delivered to her door. In under two hours Marilyn had greeted me pleasantly on the phone, coordinated my order and took down the appropriate details, created a beautiful, original floral arrangements and had it delivered to their door! Truly wonderful service! I will definitely call the wild orchid studio/El Dorado Hills florist again for my floral needs. PS-the photo on the left is of the arrangement the day they were delivered. The photo on the right is a picture of them today, nine days later. She definitely uses high-quality flowers which I greatly value.

I asked for them to deliver the flowers anytime *after* 3pm per the note that I wrote in prior…read moreto making the online purchase for delivery today (4/1/26) -- instead, I got an email from them at 3:33pm today stating that it finally got delivered... but on the email they sent said it was delivered at 12pm. If they were unable to deliver on the requested time, they could've called me; my number was also written in the steps prior to purchase. I do not appreciate this type of service especially coming from a company that seemed great from initial appearance, but clearly lack in quality customer care. But it's very clear they don't really care, otherwise I would've been informed via call or email but again, got nothing. There's a reason why I stated my request for a certain time frame. It is what it is now. 2. I paid about $5 extra for them to send me an email of how the flowers looked prior to making the delivery -- what's the point of that when I never received it at all? Take that option off if you're unable to deliver such service that's outside of what you actually can do. It makes no sense how something simple can turn out complicated even in the slightest bit. And no, I'm not upset. Just unfortunately disappointed at the professionalism and lack of quality care that I had to share my experience with everyone here. The flowers on the other hand looked nice from the image that was sent to me from my family member. Although the flowers looked nice, the quality of service should match. It doesn't. I didn't want to believe what the other negative reviews were saying since I prefer to give things a chance at least once, and unfortunately I see why others weren't happy with their experience. Again, yes the flowers were nice, but I wasn't informed, at all, through email or phone about the delivery time and also paying an extra $5 to see what it looks like before sending it off. No point in having that as an option online if you're not going to do your part. I'm sure others have had great experiences with this shop; I don't doubt that. I just cannot get on that boat with them because my experience wasn't great. If you know better, then do better. She not only did all the flowers for my wedding but she did all draping and some decor as well. She even gave me a sneak peek of my bouquet the week before the wedding! Messaging was via instagram however, not email. That would be my one constructive criticism so it is easy to track and follow since instagram started deleting messages randomly. Overall however the flower were GORGEOUS and they did everything I imagined and more.
