Discussed what I wanted for an upscaled arrangement and what I did not; daisy, carnation, etc. They did not disappoint. My girlfriend sent me photos and it was amazing!!! It absolutely brought smiles!!! Sadly my friend had to return to the hospital. I called "The Blossom". Again they did not disappoint. They delivered a stunning creation. It was so breathtaking, that nurses and doctors took photos of it. If you are looking for something specific and special. Call "The Blossom". I highly recommend them. If they were unable to deliver on the requested time, they could've called me; my number was also written in the steps prior to purchase. I do not appreciate this type of service especially coming from a company that seemed great from initial appearance, but clearly lack in quality customer care. But it's very clear they don't really care, otherwise I would've been informed via call or email but again, got nothing. There's a reason why I stated my request for a certain time frame. It is what it is now. 2. I paid about $5 extra for them to send me an email of how the flowers looked prior to making the delivery -- what's the point of that when I never received it at all? Take that option off if you're unable to deliver such service that's outside of what you actually can do. It makes no sense how something simple can turn out complicated even in the slightest bit. And no, I'm not upset. Just unfortunately disappointed at the professionalism and lack of quality care that I had to share my experience with everyone here. The flowers on the other hand looked nice from the image that was sent to me from my family member. Although the flowers looked nice, the quality of service should match. It doesn't. I didn't want to believe what the other negative reviews were saying since I prefer to give things a chance at least once, and unfortunately I see why others weren't happy with their experience. Again, yes the flowers were nice, but I wasn't informed, at all, through email or phone about the delivery time and also paying an extra $5 to see what it looks like before sending it off. No point in having that as an option online if you're not going to do your part. I'm sure others have had great experiences with this shop; I don't doubt that. My son and I picked one that already looked great, but while I was checking out, one of the women (shame on me for not getting her name!) there swooped in, refreshed a few blooms with even fresher ones, and somehow made it look even better. They even got my son involved and had him so excited to give the flowers to his mom. It was such a great experience from start to finish. It looked and tasted like a mocha. I couldn't taste the matcha or the coconut at all since the dark cocoa overpowered in taste. Dirty Chai 5/5* Wow so creamy! They use Clover milk if you get the regular milk choice. The chai tea was superior for sure. You can taste all the spices as if they were freshly ground. The drink was aromatic and so divulgent. They are truly accommodating to various dietary restrictions. Any drink can be made sugar-free with a variety if milk options to choose from. I asked for Stevia, thinking that was the only sugar substitute they had, but the barista let me know they had monkfruit sugar. They have monkfruit sugar!! Of course I opted for that, making my drink low carb but deliciously enjoyable. The price is a bonus also. Very reasonably priced considering the quality and customization. Without ever reviewing the photos, I was told they "couldn't do it" and that I should go to another florist. When I mentioned that I had been a longtime, satisfied customer, I was bluntly told they were not interested in making my order and that I should find someone else. I was also told they didn't want to deal with potential refunds or bad reviews--again, without even seeing what I had requested. After this interaction, I left an honest review reflecting my experience. Shortly after, I received a phone call from the same employee, who was upset, yelling, and threatening to sue me if I didn't take the review down. She also made inappropriate personal assumptions about my life, saying I probably have never worked and have a husband who supports me. (I am a fifth grade school teacher.)I later received an email demanding the same--despite being told earlier that my original email with photos had never been received. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever had.
