Picked up flowers for prom Friday. Saturday put the boutonnière on my son and it started to fall apart. By the time we finished pictures it had fallen apart completely. the corsages white flowers were brown when I picked it up but when I told them they didn't care. It was no question that when I had a friend tell me they were flying in from Germany with their new bride to get married that I just had to order her bouquet from Roberta. Ugh. I read the reviews. Was hesitant to order but I had asked a friend for a recommendation of florist in Midlothian. She recommended this one. I spoke to the owner on Friday explaining I wanted a spring bouquet delivered today so my friend could enjoy them the day before surgery and the day after. The owner said she was getting Gerber Daisies in on Monday. These don't look like Gerber Daisies to me. The tulips won't even last three days and the roses are bloomed not even tight. I'm extremely disappointed. My friend was very gracious saying how wonderful they smelled. But probably not for long since all the flowers are obviously old. I would have gotten fresher flowers at Kroger. But since I'm in Colorado that's not an option. You can sure see the difference.Don't waste your money here. Such an embarrassment. I wish that I could give lower than one star. I am very disappointed in the quality of flowers that I received today. I know that my husband paid a lot of money for these. I got them this morning, and now one of the hydrangeas is already completely wilted. One of the white roses has brown spots on it and another is already drooping and about to lose petals. One snapdragon already looks dead and is losing petals. As much as flowers cost, I would expect that they would last longer than 5 hours. read more

I ordered on a Friday afternoon a very large unique order for memorial the next day. I understood when she said she would have to make it when the flowers came in the next morning. Roberta pulled thru early and still got them delivered that Friday evening to the family. They were absolutely amazing. Its great when you put your trust in someone from another state and they actually go above and beyond your expectations. She has great customer service to add.
