Our church ordered flowers for a funeral service over the phone. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! The man I ordered from was so kind and helpful. We requested something with some yellow roses, which were our sweet members favorite. They did a wonderful job tying it in with some more beautiful purple and white flowers. I ordered flowers early in the morning. They were to be delivered that day. Nothing. I called near the end of the day and they said that some of the flowers were not available. No apology. No nothing. Too bad I guess. I called back the next day and at least this gentleman understood they totally dropped the ball. He asked if they could make up a different arrangement that would be very nice and deliver it as soon as they were able to that day. That arrangement was nice, but not delivering, not calling or emailing me about not delivering or any idea when they would be delivered is not good service. read more

Ordered flowers for a family member's funeral via phone based on Google reviews. I'm always reluctant to order flowers on-line or via phone these days as you never really know if the quality will be as expected. In this case, my husband and I were very pleased with the result. The flowers were as ordered; fresh, beautiful and bountiful. Unbeknownst to us, other family members ordered from here as well and their arrangements were equally as nice. This was very comforting, especially for those of us not living in Waxahachie. I hope I don't have the need for their services again however, if you do, I would definitely recommend these folks for your floral needs. read more

I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect, and I grew up in Waxahachie which is such a charming place. I simply wanted an itemized list with pricing regarding my flowers for my small wedding because of a discrepancy between the internet pricing and from the actual florist. Well, she acted like that was asking too much from her because my wedding was too small and was causing her too much trouble (since my order was so small). She treated me as if I were a peon since I'm my order was not a large one. It's too bad that such a business exist in Waxahachie because they lack the charm of the lovely city. And I felt belittled by the staff and the owner of Blooms and More. I STRONGLY do NOT recommend this florist. read more
