The florals she provided was not quite what I had envisioned - it would have been helpful if she provided images of what flowers were available and what arrangements she was planning closer to my wedding date in case I wanted to make adjustments. It would have been helpful if she coordinated with our silk flower vendor to ensure the flowers matched my vision (I sent both vendors a detailed document of my floral inspirations for each part of the wedding), but the communication between the vendors and with myself were lacking (delay on communication and lack of clarity/transparency).

The centerpieces were absolutely gorgeous, featuring colors that matched our theme, including hurricane glass and candles. He was always prepared, responded promptly, and had numerous examples of previous floral designs and options to choose from. He even designs a sample centerpiece so you will know exactly what you will get. He encouraged us to take home the centerpiece and think about any changes that we might want to make and was very flexible when we asked for floral changes. Rest assured that if you want any changes or need any suggestions, he will go out of his way to find the florals or a design that is perfect for your occasion and will definitely create a design that you will love. The best thing about booking Creative Floral Designs is that Bernie made the entire process so easy for us. We cannot express enough how wonderful it was to work with him. He was hands down our favorite vendor. We received so many compliments from family and friends regarding our florals and they were so excited when they could take the centerpieces home. Another highlight is that you also really cannot beat his pricing for his level of detail and quality of work. His prices also include the cost of the vase (and he has lots of options to choose from) so compared to other florists who would add additional costs, he was giving us a great deal. On the day of the wedding he arrived early with his assistant to set up and needless to say, they set up everything exactly as we had discussed. He even went the extra mile by offering to pin the boutonnieres and corsages on the wedding party so that everyone would be ready for the photoshoot. Bernie was very instrumental in making our wedding more beautiful than we could have imagined. We highly recommend Creative Floral Designs and promise that you will not be disappointed!

One thing to note about his shop is that it's NOT a typical flower shop with fresh flowers on display. We're not very familiar with flower names and had hoped to have visuals, thinking we could choose flower types based on what we saw and he'd create a mock up at our appointment (similar to my friend's wedding experience at another florist). Nonetheless, he had plenty of digital pictures of his past work and was patient in explaining what was used and listened as we tried our best to describe our vision (we only had colors in mind at the time). He actually had a mock up centerpiece ready at the start of our appointment based on our initial email and kindly gifted it to us! Throughout the planning process, Bernie was very considerate in following our budget and gave thoughtful feedback as we exchanged emails about other details such as the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and sweetheart table. On wedding day, he and his team were early to deliver and were efficient with set up. He also went above and beyond by offering help to pin the boutonnieres and corsages on wedding party members, which we all appreciated. Every item was made perfectly and he executed our vision amazingly, perhaps even better than we envisioned. His kindness and expertise was shown throughout our interactions, which made the experience enjoyable!

From the beginning, working with her felt like working with a friend (which was such a cute bonus since we found out she actually knows my husband from the coffee industry!). She was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented. Scheduling multiple meetings, responding quickly to every text and question, and walking us through her creative process step by step. I loved getting to see photos the week of our wedding as she picked up the blooms and began styling everything. You could feel how much care she poured into her work. And then the wedding day came... and I truly had no words. She knocked it out of the park. I wanted to cry because it was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Despite our wedding venue already being such a naturally beautiful venue that can stand on its own, the florals completely transformed the space and brought my vision to life in the most breathtaking way. Mae Mae has such an eye for creating beautiful floral arrangements. I loved her work so much that I had my wedding bouquet preserved and pressed into a large frame that now hangs in our home, a pendant necklace that I wear, a ring dish for my wedding rings, and an ornament for our Christmas tree each year. Value for money is an understatement when it comes to Meghans pricing and flowers she delivers. Multiple guests commented that the wedding flowers were the most beautiful they had ever seen. When that basket was lifted from where it was sitting on our table there were dusts and pieces off from that basket. And also dont make it sound like the basket was the only issue. Flower quality was bad too after a day even when the roses were planted in the oasis half were alrdy going dry. If 6 of us our whole family was sitting there and looking at this basket if flowers and if all 6 of us were saying the same thing... maybe there is something wrong with your $130 flowers and basket And after all that attitude and disgusting customer service who would want an exchange from you? Flowers been returned to you along with your old "grey washed" basket so have a good day :) Next time a simple apology will go a long way :))))

Same day delivery with gorgeous FRESH flowers delivered last minute. Not only did they execute, Bella sent me pictures of how fresh their flowers were and even added peonies that were so fresh and still closed. Not one pedal was bruised on the inventory that she sent me pictures of to assure me that my hard to please sister was going to like her birthday bouquet. We wanted 100 roses of red, but then I was told that my sister's favorite color was white. All they had were three dozen so we said yes to all 3. And ofc she sent me the pics of the roses before making the bouquet. Not only did she send me videos and pictures throughout the entirety of the bouquet making process to ensure that it was what I wanted, every little detail I requested was catered to such as size and color of the ribbon, size and shape of the vase. I mentioned my sister is a real diva and one of those hard to please customers due to needing it to look high end and everything had to be perfection and Bella executed! Not only that, her driver already went home because I asked her to incorporate more fluffiness into the bouquet and make additional changes and she stayed almost an hour later to do that and she delivered it herself and took videos and pictures. My sister was so so happy!! I can't recommend such a caring company enough. 10 stars!!!

They had a lot of wonderful arrangement options, and I opted to get one of their Pursepiration arrangements. Their website was easy to navigate, and I was happy to see that the flowers were delivered on the day of with no issues.
