Response to her response that's full of LIES: her response is not accurate at all. I'm posting a review to make others aware and not have anyone go through this during their wedding time! Update: Stacy called claiming due to my budget limit she used white centerpieces instead of gold and claims she shared this info with me which she didn't. Not only did she not deliver what was ordered and paid for, she will also lie and claim she told you so! So please stay away from this business. No one would want to go through this during their wedding or claim false accusations. I was actually looking forward to this cause I believed she had the talent but I fell for it! Her contract also would not specify colors so she is very smart with scamming her customers. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not hire her for your wedding because your day will be ruined!!! My wedding was last night and when I showed up I found out that she had only done the sweetheart table. No centerpieces and no arch that I paid so much money for. Not sure if it's racism or if you tell her you have a certain budget she treats you poorly but take all the money! I have yet to receive my refund back for all the flowers and arrangements she didn't deliver. Her excuse was that her assistant got sick and she couldn't manage to handle all by herself. Stacy is the best florist! She is so organized and professional. Her work is literally art. I met with Stacy back in May of 2021 for my June 2022 wedding because I loved her work. She took my maid of honor and me out to lunch and we talked about what I wanted for my wedding. I showed her the bridesmaid fabric swatch and she immediately had suggestions for me. It was evident that she was VERY knowledgeable about flowers, and she didn't rush me. I booked her right away! We kept in touch over the year. She was always very quick to respond. She even checked in with me multiple times to confirm that she had everything correct. When the day came, I was confident that Stacy would be reliable and make the venue beautiful, and she did. When she brought the bouquets into the bridal suite, the smell of fresh flowers filled the room. I got emotional because the bouquets were PERFECT. She even instructed us on how to make sure they did not wilt throughout the event. They held up so well. I ultimately chose to have my bouquet professionally pressed and framed so that I can keep it forever. I told Stacy I wanted something cohesive and beautiful, she definitely delivered. Another concern I had was that I didn't want my bouquet to be massive because I am very petite, and she made me the perfect size bouquet. My friends are interested in hiring her for their wedding! Disappointing to say the least. We booked Bougie twigs and blooms for my daughters wedding. Be careful, she will make promises, tell you she has everything under control and will definitively drop the ball. There were so many red flags, cancelling several meetings, showing up late to meetings and the many, many excuses for her behavior. Needless to say, she showed up late to the venue, did not have any arrangements made, sent her only assistant to get her lunch, did not provide the overhead floral arrangement we paid for and we had to trailer in a scissor lift for her that she did not use. The draping on the tree was embarrassing and the lack of taking responsibility is the icing on the cake. The list goes on and on. Our photographer did not take photos of the inside tables because she was waiting for the florals, that never showed up. I took her to small claims court, and after waiting for over two hours just for mediation, I decided it wasn't worth my time and the hassle. Oh, she also threatened to sue me and my daughter. Sue us for what?? we are all scratching our heads. She will more than likely respond to this review claiming I am ruining her brand and that my review is untrue., unfortunately, she did that all by herself on the day of my daughters wedding. We also had to push back the reception because she was scrambling to finish. Oh, and when I spoke to her after the wedding and asked her what the hell happened? Her comment was, " you don't understand, I didn't get any sleep last night and I hadn't eaten all day!" Honest to God that's how she responded. I loved the name of her store, and asked if it refered to bougie, the French word for candle. She said in hipster that Bougie twigs is a Christmas tree, which struck me as clever. We spoke by phone for a few minutes, and she was fun and quick. My friend's dog was beautiful, red and an accomplished trick and show dog. I sent Stacy a picture for inspiration. She asked for thoughts, and I only suggested maybe reds or warm colors that would compliment his red coat. She sent me the photo below and delivered the stunning bouquet that same afternoon.
