We used the food they gave us and it just wasn't helping. I sent them an email with some pictures, just letting them know what happened as feed-back. I received an email and a phone call back and the owner Hannah was very apologetic and wanted to make me a new flower arrangement to replace it. I was surprised because I didn't ask for a replacement or request my money back. This was just the service level Hannah provides. Of course my wife was over the moon to get new flowers and they are doing great. I'll be back soon for another purchase!
