I have called in from Northern California for flowers to be delivered to my Mom at work for her birthday, Valentine's Day, wedding anniversary, etc. For just over a year now and every time they do AMAZING work. I tell them a color scheme, some sort of glittery bow, height and a few preferred flowers and they go from there each time making a show stopping arrangement at great value. Arrangements have varied in size and value but the quality is always above and beyond. I always ask for morning delivery and they've never been late. Nothing but great things to say about these guys. My wife and I recently got married at Serendipity and a little over a month before the wedding our Florist had to bail because they double booked. Panicking we called Majed from Flowers Etc. and we were so relieved to find he could take care of us but also that he was so nice and easy to talk to. Despite having completed (quite literally) thousands of weddings, he was very patient with us. With little time to spare he gave us a MORE than fair quote and worked with us on payment delivery. The sense of relief and joy this brought was priceless. On the wedding day we were completely blown away. All of the arrangements came out incredible, especially the bouquet, table's, pergola, wine barrels, everything! I don't write too many reviews but I believe credit must be given where due.
