Little did I know that they had a subcontractor ASN Flowers do the arrangement and delivery. First the flowers were delivered after the requested time.. so my daughter had already left work and did not receive them until the following day..the flowers that were delivered were nothing like what was ordered.. two of the helium balloons were deflated.. If I could give this place a zero I would! I have been going to this place for a couple of months now, and the girls that work there have been sweet and helpful with any questions. But today when I walked in, there was no one there, and a guy (worker) pops out of the back and stands in the way of going in to see the flowers. And asks me rudely! If he can help me with anything. And I tell him no, I'm just here to see some flowers, am I not allowed to go back there? And he says oh yeah go ahead. And looks at me like if I'm about to steal his merchandise. Instead, my mom received wilted roses and the arrangement did not appear full at all. I immediately reached out regarding my concern and was credit $16 to my account. Extremely disappointed. I didn't realize it was through a third party (FROM YOU FLOWERS) who subcontracted out the job to 2 DIFFERENT flower shops. One of the arrangements was beautiful, looking very representative of the online picture. The other one was lacking flowers and arranging. It literally looked like a 5 year-old made the arrangement. Absolutely horrifying to see the two arrangements side-by-side! The secretaries said one was fit for a princess, the other was for the ugly step-sister. WOW, disappointed is an understatement! This was embarrassing to have sent to my wife for her birthday. I basically threw away $60. They look NOTHING like the picture, some of the flowers were broken and half of the daisies were wilted. I looks like an arraignment of weeds. I also paid extra to have it delivered before noon, and they arrived at her work that was closed at 2:30. The driver did call my wife and ruin the surprise to at least drop it off at our house.
