But today when I walked in, there was no one there, and a guy (worker) pops out of the back and stands in the way of going in to see the flowers. And asks me rudely! If he can help me with anything. Very disappointed in the $103 bouquet I ordered for my mom on Mother's Day. I never expect flowers to appear exactly as they do online when ordering, but somewhat close is nice. I didn't realize it was through a third party (FROM YOU FLOWERS) who subcontracted out the job to 2 DIFFERENT flower shops. One of the arrangements was beautiful, looking very representative of the online picture. The other one was lacking flowers and arranging. It literally looked like a 5 year-old made the arrangement. WOW, disappointed is an understatement! This was embarrassing to have sent to my wife for her birthday. I basically threw away $60. They look NOTHING like the picture, some of the flowers were broken and half of the daisies were wilted. I looks like an arraignment of weeds. I also paid extra to have it delivered before noon, and they arrived at her work that was closed at 2:30. The driver did call my wife and ruin the surprise to at least drop it off at our house.
