Main flowers never showed up!!!! A bride's biggest flower nightmare is to have no flowers at all on her special day! Tasha is a complete SCAM!!! When she has only bad reviews saying the same thing plus the guests....you could probably guess what will happen to you. As soon as you pay in full she will ignore your calls and refuse to send any photos of her progress. She is a habitual lier, who refuses to pick up her phone. She's always driving somewhere and says I'll call you back in a few but NEVER does. The only time i heard from her is when she needs more money because of ongoing unanticipated spendings. She will rope you in by telling you shes cheaper but then it all keeps adding up. Worst part yet!!! Night before the wedding 7:40pm i get a text how the flower pillars were too expensive and needed more flowers to make them work and if i have other ideas i wanted to look up she could try that. After getting this text i immediately tried calling her, she ignored every single call. Finally, she texted me back late into the night saying that she's trying to make it work. Morning of Wedding Tasha confirms that she will be there to decorate on time but of course she was late. She drops off the center pieces 1 hour before the wedding then tells me her daughter got into an accident and cant get the rest of the flowers. Seems really suspicious to me!! She then gaslights me and yells for not understanding. I mean maybe she did get into in accident I could understand but she could have sent someone to pick up the items. You could imagine the stress I went to when I realized I will have a flowerless wedding. Day after the wedding I didn't hear anything from her. No sorry, nothing! I then texted her about a refund which she didn't seem to care taking any initiative on. I am currently filing a report and working with the platform I hired her from. She is a whole scam. Will take your money without services. Make excuses . Make you fool with different reasons. If you ask for receipt. Will not share any details of transaction. Still waiting for refund, no response on that . No professionalism, no manners . Figured out she is a whole scam of snatching money . Don't ever go for her services. My experience with Tosha (owner) has been by far the worst. I contacted her with my wants, colors, needs etc for my wedding flowers and matching cake flowers. If i paid in full, i get a discount. Ok, did that. A week before the wedding i asked to meet her and go over ideas. Set up a time that she canceled. Set up a new time, she canceled. Now we're a couple days before my wedding, no time to find someone new. She promises to drop off the flowers at the venue, she was late and forgot the cake flowers. At this point I've still not seen our met this lady nor seen my flowers. I'm getting ready, it's an hour before my ceremony. My bouquets were beautiful white roses and succulents. However, she put red full bloom roses on my cake. The photo i provided was white roses. Mind you i have zero red in my wedding. Months go by she calls me to tell me she charged my card for someone else's order. She SAVED my CREDIT CARD info!!! She says she'll take care of it, weeks go by...i contact the credit card company to dispute it. She promised me a refund for all these problems, that was at the beginning of September. She told me she would send it out in 3 weeks on September 21. Several texts later, several more promises and i have yet to see a refund. Very poor business ethics.
