I bought a beautiful bouquet, during Mother's Day week, for a family member and we absolutely loved it! The staff were nice and were very accommodating! They were able to add a few more flowers to an already made vase arrangement to make it more pink/purple! Even though they seemed very busy, they took their time with us and we were able to leave with such a beautiful arrangement! Arrangement was well priced, definitely would come again! Today upon arriving home I got a knock at my car window with a woman accusing me of stealing her delivery that was apparently delivered to my home. Most of the weekend I was with family not only celebrating my engagement but also celebrating a wedding out in Snohomish. This woman accused me of stealing her flowers which I had no idea flowers had been delivered as most of the weekend I was gone. Not only that then I get this note from the florist! How unprofessional and petty and rude! Not only have I personally had packages stolen recently and been dealing with theft, I've been dealing with stressful things in my own life. This place has stunning arrangements and modern, romantic style, which is why I chose it for my son's prom corsage/boutonnière set. We paid extra for this lovely pearl cuff bracelet; everything was about $70, which is fine if they'd have nailed it. Unfortunately, our post-pickup experience was a complete letdown. They messed up our color choices, which were neutrals with baby (very light!!) pink accents. We got cream colored main flowers with near purple fuchsia accent flowers and greenery. I decided to let it go, as the arrangement was quite pretty. I then noticed the main flowers were browning on the edges after I left, which was my sign to turn around once I noticed...but I felt bad doing that. I decided I'd just trim the edges a bit when I got home. Problem solved...or so we thought. I learned the bracelet of my son's prom date's corsage completely broke 20 minutes after she put it on for the first time. She did nothing to make this happen--they were literally still taking photos and the whole cuff unraveled and spilled the pearls everywhere. I was so embarrassed and felt so bad for my son, he was so excited to give it to her and it really was a complete letdown. I have no doubt they can do really incredible work but this was a very poor experience and I felt quite upset that it didn't turn out the way I hoped. I'm not sure if I will be back, as the attention to detail was very lacking and frankly, I feel taken advantage of. read more

I ordered online. A dear friend had a loss of a loved one. I wanted something that would last awhile so I ordered plants instead of cut flowers. The delivery $16.00 from Sumner Wa to Buckley Wa was made on time. The photo sent from my friend was shocking! Look at the photos and you be the judge! Standard as shown on website photo has 6 plants. The basket delivered only 5 plants. Ordered was "Deluxe" Additional flowers will be added per website. No added flowers added to order delivered. The white basket looked like it was saved from a 1980 wedding is not what was ordered. Website did not say container would change. It did say "approximately" as pictured. The website photos are extremely deceiving! I picked this plant especially for the prayer plant which was not included. About a year ago I he'd trouble with gift cards Gave another try. Love this place. I have been a few times to purchase landscape plants. The atmosphere is relaxing and the selection of plants seem to be appropriate for the area. They also have some adorable decor items. I recently purchased a boutonnière from their florist and was very pleased with the service. I called to order and they knew exactly which local schools had homecoming that weekend. It was my first time buying one, and she helped me with the process. I was even able to send in a photo of what my daughter wanted. The one they created was right online with what we asked for, but even better. I prepaid so pickup was a breeze. They didn't make pickups wait behind someone who was ordering. There were enough people on hand to help everyone quickly and efficiently. read more

For the second year in a row, Tom of Blooms at the Windmill has graciously donated a beautiful bouquet for our Teacher's Appreciation luncheon at Northwood Elementary school. Go to Costco if you have a function and need flowers. I ordered three centerpieces for a function. It was 199.00. The arrangements were small and included hydrangea blooms and very little flowers. I was at Costco the same day and their arrangements were nicer and a lot less. The function was Saturday night and by Sunday evening all the flowers were dead. Just saying for the money go to Costco. I wish I had. read more
