The owner has horrible customer service skills, she speaks over you while talking, she won't let you finish a sentence and says "Wow" when you call her out on her behavior. If I were you, I would avoid this florist like the plague! I am afraid to ask my boss for a picture of the flowers I sent him because if they are anything like her attitude, they will be terrible! I spent over $300!!! I am extremely upset I can't return these and buy them from someone else......she is the last person I would ever give my business to! read more

Delivered on time and without any issue except that the arrangement I selected online, was quite different than what was delivered.

I came here in a rush for a bouquet for my partners birthday, and left with the nest handmade bouquet ever. I thought I could go pick up a quick bouquet and leave, but that was not the case.... but so worth it. She asked me which flower I liked and built a massive beautiful bouquet around it. $50. The flowers here are beautiful although a smaller offering than what is online. But then again, her little booth and refrigerator are small so there is only so much she can put out. I was looking for a storefront at one point, and then realized the little booth was it. The succulents are really nice. A bit pricier than other places probably, but comparable for the area. read more

Best flower shop in the city by far.If you don't know quality flowers or are cheap go to a grocery store and get ugly flowers.

I am writing this review mainly to get people to notice this poor lady's flower stand. I'm not sure how she is surviving but she sits in the little booth all day staring at her arrangements and fresh cut flowers and doing some people-watching at the restaurant across the way. The whole time we were eating at that restaurant, she had but one customer seem interested in the flowers. Unfortunately, no one was (wo)manning the booth because it was closing time and she was transporting her plants to storage nearby. If you like orchids, she has plenty of small potted plants. The refrigerator holds a lot of table-top fresh cuts that can easily stand alone in a vase. Even if you don't buy anything, just stop by and say hi to the lady. She probably has amassed enough of a fortune to open shop in Brentwood as a hobby, but I'm sure deep down inside, she is incredibly bored. Parking is 2 hours free with validation (according to the sign on a light pole). read more

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I purchased a planter with 4 orchids for $195.00 on 3/6/21. It was very expensive but beautiful and the vendor gave me explicit instructions on how to care for the plants, so I expected to have beautiful orchids for a long time. (I have several other orchids which I have had for years. Many of them came from Costco so I anticipated that these costly plants would be even better). Boy was I wrong! Within days after bringing them home, the leaves began to yellow and fall off, even though I specifically followed the vendor's instructions. After 4 weeks, all the leaves were gone and the flowers began to wither. Still hopeful, I moved the container to various spots in my home, but when the flowers were gone and the plant began to smell, I had to move it outdoors. When I brought it inside to replant the pot I saw that there was NO SOIL IN THE PLANTER AT ALL but rather each orchid had been placed in the pot in plastic containers and covered with moss to disguise this. These plants never had a chance to survive! I brought the dead plants back to the vendor and asked for my money back. She refused. She said she doesn't sell the orchids and planter I was showing her but an identical one was prominently displayed just a few feet away. When I asked her if the plants could have survived she said "I don't know" and "This is how I get them". She told me to contact her orchid vendor. I believe this vendor deceives her customers when she sells these Orchids, deliberately hides the way she places the plants in plastic in the planter and gives directions on caring for them while, as she claims, she doesn't know if they can survive. (They can't) The orchids at Flowers With Love may look good but, in this case, LOOKS ARE DECEIVING! read more

Placed a same day delivery floral arrangement order for my sister's Birthday. The order was placed, arranged, & delivered. The arrangement wasn't exactly as the pictured on the site. I had flowers delivered for my niece who is recovering from surgery. The flowers were gorgeous! I always wonder if the arrangement looks anything like the pictures on the website -especially when there is a footnote about the florist has the right to make substitutions. This little flower stand is a scam. I ordered flowers last week for my best friends bridal shower. You would think that you could get a pretty nice arrangement with $150. The so-called little old lady charged me $150 plus tax. When I went to the shower, I saw a tiny arrangement with literally 6 roses and 3-4 Hydrangeas. I was so embarrased that the gift I got for my friend was so small and looked to be worth about $30. To top things off, I called the store the next day and the owner by the name of Amir told me " There is nothing you can do. Sue me!" That's the last time I will ever go there! read more

I was amazed by how fresh and beautiful the flowers where, So i decided to buy an arrangement for my family, The kind friendly woman made a beautiful arrangement at a very reasonable price! I used this flower service twice. First experience was so nice, that I didn't think twice to use it again. I do not live in LA so I don't know how far is something is. Of cause I asked if they deliver to my sister-in-law address. To make long story short instead of lovely dozen of light pink roses the arrangement turned to be hot pink and completely opened flowers. When I called back I was told how far they had to drive (7 miles and that zip code is on their list of deliveries), that I was lying, that I only call to complain (they forgot that I was returned customer). When I spoke to owner he asked what he can do to make me happy, I said that I didn't want him "to eat the cost" we all work hard and reasonable discount would be sufficient. He refused, he offered to resend the flowers to my sister and I didn't want that so we came to impasse. You know, maybe it is a little issue, but I have rule, not to eat from angry hands and not to deal with mean people.
