Unreliable service and very disappointing experience. I ordered flowers from another country as a surprise gift, and I provided the recipient's phone number three separate times -- in the order form, in the delivery details, and again in a separate email. Because I was not sure that the recipient will be at home, and thats normal because this was surprise. However, the delivery person simply left the flowers in front of the door without making any call and left. There was no doorbell to ring, just I needed a call to the receiver. As a result, the recipient never received the gift, and the whole surprise was ruined.
