I told them what I was looking for, and they put together an arrangement that turned out even better than I expected. The bicolor sunflowers really stood out. They had dark streaks through the petals that made them look different from any sunflowers I'd seen before. Everything was fresh, and the arrangement looked full without being overdone. The value was probably the biggest surprise. I paid around $30-40, including the vase, and it looked like something that should've cost a lot more. You can tell they care about quality and don't cut corners. This is the second time I've bought flowers here, and I'll definitely be back. I called late the day before (around 4pm) asking about a possible early morning delivery the next day and she generously said she would be able to accommodate an 8am delivery. Each time an Asian voice lady starts off very personable but when queried about the various flowers gets frustrated and says repeatedly " I already told you ". When calling long distance and trying to find the proper flower when their inventory is rather low , and being told over and over " I already told you" . It's not a place I prefer to do busy. What a great shop! At about 6:00 on the day before I celebrated my sister's early-morning college graduation, I realized that my window for getting flowers was all but closed. Although Google and Yelp both told me that Sharon Florist was closed, I tried my luck calling directly ...and she was able to stay open for an extra 30 minutes so I could come and get a bouquet! Sarah helped me customize a simple, yet beautiful bouquet that had exactly the flowers I requested. It's been years since I've set foot inside an actual flower shop, and I loved being able to pick and choose from all the different flowers. I ended up with exactly what i wanted, and instructions for caring for the flowers until they reach their destination the next day. Overall, I'm incredibly happy to have discovered this place so close to home! I think I'll need to find more occasions to celebrate with flowers! read more

A very nice old lady with talent with floral arrangements, and cheaper than Westwood Gardens! I was put in charge of ordering a bouquet of flowers for my boss's birthday, and I went online in search of a nearby florist. I have always used Westwood Gardens and I still think that they are the best florists in town, but I needed something closer and more along the way since I had to go pick up cake too! Enter Sharon Florist. I found them via Yelp (of course) and their website had prices that were on average $5 cheaper than Westwood Gardens. Our lab decided on the "Cotton Candy" arrangement and I called the shop to place the order. The lady that picked up said that she can do one similar to that, but that she didn't have the daisies that were in the image, which I said was fine. I told her my pickup time would be 10AM today. I went in around 945 and she was almost done with the arrangement. It was pretty, a dozen dark pink roses with some other white flowers that i dont know the name of, but overall a pretty bouquet. It was nothing like the image online though, and in my opinion it was better. I understand that some people are very specific about their arrangements though so if you're the type that wants things exactly a certain way, then this might not be for you cuz the florist definitely exercises a lot of creative freedom. If you're ok with having the florist tweak your ideas though, she makes beautiful arrangements. She's fast, efficient, prompt and you definitely get your money's worth with the bouquets. read more
