At first, there was a bit of language barrier, but they remained professional and helpful. Since it was Mother's Day, this florist was beyond accommodating and nice. Management has changed to Cindy and she's straight up awesome. From the day I met her as a manager at a popular Hong Kong style cafe she has been nothing but inviting and friendly." So when I heard she runs a florist I was thrilled to come visit and shop at this business. The shop is well stocked with many varieties for all occasions and it gets extremely busy during holidays. This place is close to my house and it always saves the day when I am in need of last minute flowers for my grandma. They are a pretty small shop but they are friendly and always reliable. I always call ahead just to make sure they're still open and to ask their current hours due to Covid. You have the option of choosing from a few already made arrangements or you can tell them what you're looking for and they will make it for you. I appreciate that they have people who speak multiple languages and come to give you suggestions. This time that I went, they gave me a box that made carrying the vase and arrangement a breeze. It was early on Mother's Day I was in dire need of finding a local florist that would deliver flowers to my mom as I don't live nearby. I called many florists until I finally found this one. They only had two large bouquets left that are ready to go. They were gracious enough to waive the delivery fee and helpful enough to text me a photo of their two bouquets for me to choose. This florist managed to deliver the bouquet within the time frame. What a life saver! Thank you Flowertells! read more

It's amazing how this place is still open for business. Apparently if you don't speak Cantonese they will treat you like idiots here. We came in 3 days ahead to reserve the flowers we want for Chinese New Year. The owner made it very clear the price ($10 for 3 lilies unwrapped. We wanted 10 lilies and she quoted $35 like we don't know how to do math.....) we still agreed and offered to pay on the spot, but she claims that we can pay on the day of pick-up. It all seems pretty smooth till the day we came to pick it up. She jacked up the price instantly ($38 for 8 lilies) . After reminding her that it wasn't the price she gave us, she then finds a small flower stems from the back and stick in the flower bunch and asked us for $40. the owner even has the audacity to claim that she already give us 2 extra flower stems. (That's not true. We asked for 10 and that's not even what we were getting.... ) I won't even get into details of how they lied to our face and kept saying it wasn't the same flower on the display. IT WAS! If she were to tell us the price will be slightly different since it's Chinese New Year, we would totally be okay. But don't LIE and pretend like you were doing us a favor! A deal is a deal! Dishonesty and rudeness isn't the right way to do business, if you were doing flowering shopping STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

I was so glad that there were premade bouquets for sale. All of the bouquets were in vases, but you can request for it to be made into a hand carry bouquet which we did. The flowers were fresh and stunning, especially in all white. As far as the cost go, it was definitely worth it! Cecilia was the one who helped us and she truly was the sweetest. Can't wait to come back when I am in the area.

I was surprised to find that other florist in the city were not open on Saturdays and would not deliver on a Saturday, but Brea florist took care of everything for us The arrangements were beautiful, fairly priced, and most of all took the stress off of our family very quickly We actually use the large arrangement to place flowers at the gravesites of other family members later in the week! We could not have asked for a better experience!

A true hidden gem she deserves all the support to keep her shop running:)
