I called and spoke to Yasmin who was friendly and helpful and asked all of the questions needed to do a great job. I searched IG for a flower shop near La Puente given I am in AZ. After browsing thru I decided to go with this shop as it was closest & from what I saw their work looked amazing. Reviewed budget with Israel which later I increased to accommodate preference. After discussing what I wanted & sending pics of reference to what I liked he promised to make it happen. What was delivered failed short of what I was promised as they looked nothing like what we mentioned and/or similar to color scheme & flower inspo on pictures. I requested a few roses & the bouquet seemed to be filled with them. I asked for bouquet to be elevated with flowers that added height as it would it be in a vase. Mind you I'm not a florist but I do love flowers & sending them for special occasions- previously using 1800 flowers for convenience but trying to shop local instead. I praise Israel for his quick response, however executing what was communicated not so much. The gesture was well received by my mother-in-law but the fact that the work was not up to par & for the price is unacceptable. When I reached out to Israel to confirm delivery & thanked him while politely making reference to bouquet he didn't bother to further inquire. The roses in this florist are of such great quality. My husband gifted one single Rose from this florist on Dec 30th and she was alive and thriving for over 3 weeks. Her leaves started to dry out and she finally started to dry out as well by the 4th week. What was odd to me was that she never actually died... what I mean is that when roses die they droop to one side. Mines stayed up and perky the whole time even after she dried up. I cut her off the branch bc I noticed that one of the little roots where the leaves once were started to grow out. So I saved her by cutting her off and putting her on a separate small little vase I have and I changed the water where the naked branch was. When I first got the rose I had been drinking from a water bottle at my desk so when my husband gave it to me I took the lid off the water bottle and put the Rose there so when I change the water of the branch I had cut her off from I also used bottle water since that's how I stated her off. Anyway sorry for such long explanation it's just that of all the years I've received Roses I've never ever had this experience with any. They all just bloomed, drooped to one side, dried up and I would throw them away. Well not my Ruby.... yes I named her bc this little beauty decided to stay with me for good. She is now growing new little leaves and I'm waiting a little longer to put her in a planter. This florist has very good quality roses. My husband gifted me another yesterday 2/12/21 and she is blooming beautifully as well. I hope she decides to stick around too. Anyway, I highly recommend this place! My fiancé loved them and I'm happy because they legit gave me the best price of roses that I have not seen as low as them. Other places run for 75$ + just for 12 roses only just the roses.
