Love their large refrigerated room where you can just walk in and grab what looks good, or conversely choose flowers for a custom order. Flowers look fresh and well-kept. They are constantly making arrangements throughout the day. Order by Monday for a large arrangement that is ready by Friday. Dropped in for both a funeral order (they have white floral basket arrangements, large for $100 and good-sized for $50) and a smaller get well arrangement (in the gold vase, $45). Seems like a solid shop, and they get a good amount of business with people quickly picking up arrangements. Plenty of parking in their own private gated lot. read more

The name of this shocked is a little deceiving. It is not a wholesale spot. They do have flowers in the fridge, which you can pick out yourself. However, there is not huge quantities, where it feels like a wholesale. I imagined it to be like the LA flower district or those wholesalers words like Costco where there are just rows and rows of flowers to buy. Not like that at all. I also felt like the pricing was a little bit more expensive than it would've been then a wholesaler. It was $30 for one dozen roses. I have seen it for way cheaper. They also did not have a lot of signage to help you shop yourself. I had to ask a worker for help and they came and followed me to tell me the prices of all the different bundles. A sign could've saved them the work to do this. Probably won't come here again. Like I said, there are much cheaper options not that far away. read more

Called in on a Saturday to put in an order for a colleague's birthday. Guelmy took my call and was just an absolute delight to work with. She directed me to their IG page so that I could preview some samples of her work. I selected a few options to give her an idea of what I was looking for and she put together an arrangement to fit the price range I wanted to spend. She advised me there was a $10 delivery fee which frankly -- I rather pay directly to a small business than to a middleman such as 1800Flowers, etc. On the day of my colleague's birthday, Guelmy called me to take payment over the phone and sent over pictures of what the final product would look like (see photos attached). I love stopping by this flower shop on my way to Forest Lawn. Be aware that this spot is not always open on Sundays. But when it is open you can stop by and be sure to find affordable pricing on bouquets small and large. Walked in to the fridge area and she followed shortly after so I asked her about some specific flowers there. She ignored me and then I said excuse me, smiled, asked if she was ok. She gave me information regarding pricing (that I didn't ask for) so I repeated my question to her regarding more inventory or similar flowers in that color. She rolled her eyes and let out a long sigh. I walked out feeling like I really bothered her. I know we all have bad days but she made me feel so unwelcome. They said yes I could, and when I went to pick out the flowers I wanted, I was told that I had to come back later to pick up the arrangement. I walked in at 8 and they said to come back after 12. I use to LOVE this place and would recommend it to all my friends and family but not anymore. My last visit was on Mother's Day and it left such a lasting bad impression on me. My mom and I wanted to buy flowers for my grandmother that day. Look, I understand that Mother's Day is an extremely busy time for any florist so I was completely resound to the high probability that a lot of bouquets might have been sold out by the time we got there. True enough, I was correct. There wasn't really much of anything left by the time we got there. However that is not why I am giving this review a 1-star. I was appalled by the customer service. My mother politely asked a lady if they had anymore bouquets within our certain price range. She told her that they did, inside the cooler room. We told her that we had already checked and there was nothing left in there. However, instead of acknowledging us and simply replying "okay then that means we've sold out", she began arguing as if my mom and I were stupid or had no idea what we were talking about. She grew increasingly annoyed and kept telling my mom "YES WE DO! Over there! In there!!!" with a sour look on her face and raising her voice. Uhhhhhh don't try to gaslight us, miss!
