The type of place that is perfect for the Hipster community, and there's not a lot of this sort of option down here in the R-berg, it's it's more of a Montrose or Midtown thing, or a Heights type thing, so in that regard it's pretty awesome honestly.

Artists usually open their studios on the Second Saturday of every month from 12pm-5pm, and there are also exhibits on view to the public in the galleries and hallways for free every Monday through Saturday from 9am-5pm. Plus, many artists work with their doors open and invite the public in during the week and on weekends. It's absolutely worth stopping by to check this place out!

It is in the middle of a neighborhood, across from Sherman Elementary school. The school is definitely the best landmark to help someone who is not familiar with the neighborhood find this place. The facility has no parking lot, so be careful when parking along the street. From what I could tell, the venue does not offer catering services. However, the host of today's art show brought refreshments. It is definitely a no frills sort of place. But it is just as its name says, a warehouse type of venue. Although not a high-end place, it definitely serves it's purpose.

I attended their soft opening and got a glimpse of the layout and end endless possibilities that could be done with the venue rental. So instead of opting for a pricy hotel conference room and forced inside catering, I got a quote form TWS and booked my full-day rental with ease. I'm not certain what kind of events they're able to host, but the venue served as a great space for a speaking engagement. They have a set up projector and while walls used as screen, some tables for use, sound, lights ... the only thing I brought in were chairs from Aztec Rental. And since they're located down the street, delivery and pickup was flawless. Looking forward to see what else this venue can transform into. I'll def use them again in the future.

As an entrepreneur, I find this space to be a great motivation and a wonderful change of scene from working at home (where I am almost never as productive), or from the boring 777 office buildings (where, frankly, the people aren't as cool). The awesome, completely renovated house- turned shared office space, is beautifully decorated, and is full of character. The staff actually encourage a TRUE co-working atmosphere with weekly happy hours (yup!), seminars, and sometimes free lunch! I searched this city high & low- looking for a centrally located office space... Regis, Level, Start, Boxer... but THIS place stole my heart! From the time I walked in I felt like part of the family!
