Fultz gave us a great overview of the reasons to go with Speed Queen, and pay the extra cost. We were sold; his wife Monica gave me a rundown on how she uses hers for the best uses. We feel we made an investment, rather than a purchase. We were told they could deliver within 2 days. We were told of the warranty and how they deal with any issues that come up during that warranty time (and beyond). Today, our washer and dryer were delivered. The installers called before they arrived; they had a very long day and had covered a lot of miles; yet they were so friendly and got on the job of disconnecting and removing the old ones and installing the new ones. Afterwards, Joe C. gave us a demonstration on using the machines before he left. He and his partner were so friendly and professional. I am totally sold with using TP&F in the future for any appliance purchases!

The furniture selection was quite large and the houseware sections had everything you could ever need or want. The prices were a little high in my opinion but, it is more of a specialty store. When I made the trip back I grabbed a stove from AO and took it with me. I have no idea how but when I went to install the stove three of the burners were missing. As he was taking parts off the dryer to find out what the problem was, he told me to come over and put my fingers together and spit on them then touch the exposed wire to see if it was still working. I had to call another place to fix the dryer. His comments were unacceptable and unprofessional, besides harassing the customer, and thinking it was funny to suggest I shock myself for his entertainment. He's lucky I didn't call the police.
