As an entrepreneur, I find this space to be a great motivation and a wonderful change of scene from working at home (where I am almost never as productive), or from the boring 777 office buildings (where, frankly, the people aren't as cool). The awesome, completely renovated house- turned shared office space, is beautifully decorated, and is full of character. The staff actually encourage a TRUE co-working atmosphere with weekly happy hours (yup!), seminars, and sometimes free lunch! I searched this city high & low- looking for a centrally located office space... Regis, Level, Start, Boxer... but THIS place stole my heart! From the time I walked in I felt like part of the family! Plus the prices and the authentic (freshly brewed) Columbian coffee are both AMAZING. In fact, the prices are so reasonable, that I even purchased memberships for a couple of my part-time employees! I've met and networked with some of the members at WiCo and the variety is impressive, there is an expert, or young professional around every corner to help boost your brain, encourage you to work harder, or who simply provide a service that could truly catapult your company. I attended their soft opening and got a glimpse of the layout and end endless possibilities that could be done with the venue rental. So instead of opting for a pricy hotel conference room and forced inside catering, I got a quote form TWS and booked my full-day rental with ease. I'm not certain what kind of events they're able to host, but the venue served as a great space for a speaking engagement. They have a set up projector and while walls used as screen, some tables for use, sound, lights ... the only thing I brought in were chairs from Aztec Rental. And since they're located down the street, delivery and pickup was flawless. Looking forward to see what else this venue can transform into. I'll def use them again in the future.

Great Management, Beautiful Space!…read more Republic Square has been an amazing experience so far. The management team is friendly and genuinely cares about your experience. The building, which is already stunning, is undergoing amazing new transformations and gets even better every day. As for perks, It has coffee stations throughout the building, great meeting rooms, underground parking (keeps my car covered and amazingly cool) and a stunning lake in the back.

And don't think that the property manager cares about any of these inconveniences affecting your clients and your money because she doesn't. Terri Is literally the worst property manager I've had. Tenants are supposed to have 24 hour access, there has been four occasions where I've been locked out of the salon suites, after my clients have driven all the Way from another city, to Houston Texas to be serviced. Just for them to have to be turned around because I couldn't get inside of the suites. When I contact Terri about this matter, there are no combinations being made for the money lost. Not only that the AC has been having troubles the past two months. and instead of taking accountability, she blames our LED lights and our clothes as to why we're hot. no common sense would say since we've been here for the past few years and never complained about this that it's obviously something on her part not the stylus who are doing the same exact thing that they've been doing since move-in. When I asked for a solution, she chooses to ignore my messages. At this point I'm ready to move on and take my business elsewhere. I never have a problem with paying for my suite, so I shouldn't have any problems being accommodated when multiple inconveniences a car that affect my money. If you're a stylist or a service provider, and you care about working in a professional environment and also not having your business be affected by a property manager that doesn't even care, I would go far away from this place.
