They apologized and offered us free dessert and were nice about it at least, so that's the only thing stopping me from giving 1 star.

Our server was very kind and took the time to engage in conversation and get to know us on a personal level. She also gave us a tour of the restaurant, which made the experience feel even more special. The owner even stopped by our table to welcome us since it was our first time visiting. One of our favorite parts was the cinnamon coffee. We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to purchase some to take home, but the gift shop had already closed. The manager overheard us asking about it and actually opened the gift shop so we could buy the coffee. That is truly putting customers first and making sure they have the best experience possible. They did everything perfectly. The food was just as amazing as the customer service, and that says a lot because the service was outstanding.
