As a retired florist of 50 years, I thought I saw it all.Flower shops never…read moretry to upset funeral directors.We try to make the grieving family get what they want.Funeral homes make delivery hours so florist know what to do.Sometimes a late order or an order from our west comes in and it after hours.We try to accommodate everyone to make a difficult time a bit easier. Today I took my mother to deliver my Brothers flowers to help me and show her the place for tomorrow. The delivery room was pitch black and there was no way to prop the door open.as a man appeared in the darkness it was Jeff plunket.He was a little cold and standoffish but as we went into the room l saw the large urns l was sent a photo of from my niece with a 8" diameter text for the flowers.Thats when Jeff started saying l "was sent a photo of the paper mache he wanted used.I did not get any photo but the stands,urns,and 8" measurements.He started accusing me of lieing about the container and said I was told that's what he wanted!He actually showed me a mache that fit in but he only had one.One of the flowers fit perfectly as planed but I had to go home and redo the other.As I feel even more uneasy about the flowers for the urn I ask to make sure the flowers around the urn fit ,He said " NO!" He was mean and nasty so I couldn't get out of there fast enough He was leaving at 2:00so now I need to go back in the morning At 8:30 am then go home to get ready.I had to make other arrangements for my mom in the morning so I could accommodate Jeff plunket.stupid me had one thing to ask of him,can you please put some ashes in this necklace (Amazon delivery was late)He then picked up the urn and said it could not be done! Trying to get out of there on totaly discussed by his response ,He then says to me " SORRY about your BROTHER" Of all the rude ignorant undertakers Jeff Plunket takes the Cake!He has made all the other funeral directors look good.There is no reason for him to be so nasty,and what I dread more than saying Good bye to my wonderful brother is being face to face with that rude man! I'm waiting to post this till the funeral as I believe Tomorrow will be another nightmare.He has his job because of his family, but he Is not a person to give your money to,hen you suffer a great loss.DONT GO TO PLUkETs FH unless you like to be treated like crap.Imy not with phones and computers so please excuse spelling and geamer but nasty people like Jeff make me want to learn to leave this review.My reason for teaching this old dog a new trick started with Fox Chase Cancer center,The people responsible for making my brothers last year of his life a living hell.Now I'm glad I have learned how so I could warn people about Plunket funeral home.My 93 yr old mother is angry enough to send Jeffery a handwritten letter of disgust for his actions. If you choose to be treated with respect go anywhere but Plunket Funeral Home!ok its now 8am the day of the funeral I'm just back from Plunket,redelivering the flowers and getting ready to go to the funeral.I pulled in to see Jeff weeding out front. I'm a bit incapasated from surgery,but Jeff actually came out the back flower door and took the arrangement from me as he said "see you in a few hours"My opinion has not changed but all this could have avoided if he published a photo and measurements on his website.I still dread going back there ,He needs to learn how to treat people that are not paying the bill for his service.I watched that kid grow up so I'm sure his attitude didn't come from his good Catholic school education.Please try to treat people better.Stupid me can't make this android phone fix my mistakes.Sorry but Thank you for reading this!ok it's over time to post!

I fell in the parking lot, scraping up my knee from a hole in the asphalt and when I let the gentleman know in the front was rudely told to go tell the director.
