If you want an uncomfortable, unwelcoming feeling goto fluent! It feels like you are doing something wrong by being there, isn't it supposed to be the opposite of that? I've been to 4 other companies dispensaries, they ALL let you stack promotions unlike fluent. Also, if you are a first time buyer there the 25% off discount DOESN'T APPLY TO FLOWER. Wow, you'd think they'd change their business model after they went under the first time under the name "Knox" but they haven't learned. I can't see "Fluent" lasting any longer. read more

One star. Not impressed! This dispensary must be happy to be the only game in town. Doesn't seem like winning and keeping patients is even on the board. When you go to the back they just want your money and serve the next customer very condescending not helpful definitely not a health benefit to our community. The other vendors that I've used are compassionate and helpful,I have to say Knox is not.These we're are my feelings, no one was rude or unprofessional. This is about my second favorite dispensary in the area. They hav fixed many issues that they originally had back when they first opened. They have a fair selection of products but I would like to see more in thier concentrate line. Thier concentrate catrs often come wott less than the advertised 1/2 g of product. There is little wait time and the staff is very friendly, ther than one of the guards who nearly made a scene because I had a small pocket knife on me when I went back. I will say the staff was apologetic when he did that. All in all I would reccomend these guys for a try. read more

Product pricey, long hold times to order, delivery pit 5 days, front desk staff unfriendly, when product defective they don't bump you up on delivery to replace. They make you wait till next avail delivery, constantly of of stock on several products. Need competition! read more

The people in the front are not friendly. The product is pricey. You are not getting what you pay for, the products are cheap and break easily. Right after purchasing a pen I dropped it once and it completely shattered. I've had other brands that can handle a drop. Don't waste your time or money here. There are better places to go. to find out they HAD the flower in earlier but were sold out same day. When I asked if I could reserve it I was told (rudely) "delivery and reservation doesnt apply to the flower". Ok. Went at 10:45am this morning to pick it up; sold out again. Mind you they JUST got it today and they told me I COULD reserve it after all...so what gives? Just updated my card and check-up the other day for what?; rude misinformed customer service ,and poor business practices? No thanks. My medical condition is seizures and I cant afford to be getting stressed out and thats exactly what I am; stressed out. I gave it 2 stars because truthfully Im always happy with the inhalation but if nothing gives by next week Ill start looking elsewhere cause Im sure other businesses will begin to get flower eventually. read more

When I called here. Some lady answered the phone laughing into phone and finished her conversation with someone. Then asked me "what do you want!" I told her I would like flower, rosin and concentrate for delivery. " Give me your phone information." I gave her it. After that she sead "We don't deliver no flower." I thanked her and hung up. I absolutely love this place. Not only are the products amazing but the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in what they are talking about and recommending. The first timer deals are the cherry on top. They make the process quick and super easy. I have been there three or four times and I don't remember everyone's name but I last visited with I believe her name was Shannon. I was so impressed I wanted to tip!! It's funny when you read about their products one thing stands out the names are some form of branding and does not guarantee the medical value I know two things when I look at their products how much "thc" it has and what type be it hyb/Sat/ or Indica but no clear indication that this is even a strand that will help with my disability that is recommended by the doctor not the dispensary. Not only that let me put it in perspective percentage per gram of weed mean 20 percent thc means there 200 mg in that one gram. So to get a gram cart that is only 30% thc also grams but at an extra cost of 30 dollars so tell me why am I spending 30 extra dollars just for you to cut it and then put it in a cart. I called and asked specifically about an item, was told it was there, in FWB and in stock. When we arrived not only did they not have what I called about and purchased there before, they have NOTHING in the entire indica strain. NOTHING, no vape, capsules nor drops. Even worse they have absolutely no idea when they might get any in! Then she said it was difficult to grow indica during summer months...? Why have the prescription if you cannot buy the right medicine? We were taken completely by surprise. They offered another product, drops in a bottle and no vape. We purchased something for 90.00 not knowing anything about it and expected to spend less than 50.00 today. I called again when we got home and Paloma was very nice but couldn't tell when they might get any in either. She offered a 10% discount on our next purchase BUT why would we purchase anything if they don't have what we need?!? Very Dissapointed in Knox overall. BOTTOM LINE... We will NOT be going back. It felt like we were lured in with a lie and either left empty handed or buy something new and hope it works like the product we would normally buy AND THE COST WAS DOUBLED. Very disappointed that I feel like I'm going into a drug dealers house Security is there making me feel intimidated none of the other places have it I asked the guy questions behind the desk and the security officer answers so I'm wondering to myself who do I talk to. I went inside the young lady took my order was very wonderful until the manager comes out in a loud voice while I'm trying to read the sign, On the counter, and a very stern Kurt voice she tells me to get behind a black line and then says the word please, so go behind the black line and then they tell me to pay I can't reach the counter they tell me to cross the black line to pay I said make up your mind, the reason I gave it four stars is he did a bait and switch I came in for one product which was cheaper they told me they were out of it, And they came out with something else more expensive so while I was there I figured I'd buy some, I went home and I looked on their website the one you ordered from for curbside service, and they had plenty of product in stock at that location, I called online to order they told me that Location had over 30 bottles, not to this point nobody said there's a limit, nor is a limit postAnywhere online or in the store. Now they're telling me there's a limit so you did the bait and switch because you didn't have anymore or because you have a limit. Listen guys they are much nicer and better places I've been to all of them in my opinion the very worst one is Knox oh I mean fluent, they closed under one name and opened under another but the crappy service is still there, and high priced products, when comparing prices make sure you looked at the milligrams and a milliliters don't be fooled, don't bother calling the customer service line I called waited 20 minutes each for them to answer the call I got nowhere they are even less help than the people at the store they just have a customer service number just so they can say they have one I asked to be speak to a supervisor I asked to speak to a manager no one has contacted me, And at this place absolutely no refunds and if you open it to look at it and it's defective well they won't take it back because you opened it so how do you know is defective if you don't open it, I believe these people have ripped me off I believe they have tricked me and I have treated me poorly this is just been my experience. Go to Pensacola. I tried Knox because it's here.The process to become a patient of theirs is frustrating. I've never had any problem with any other dispensary- but Knox did not want to accept my email approval due to their residency concerns. That's right, the state of FL may approve you, but Knox makes their own decision. After convincing them by showing my email with my patient number, two forms of ID and answering their questions- I left with the product, pleased with their customer service reps in back. The rep said, as he was ringing me out, "let me make sure it isn't leaking", which I thought was odd because I have never had that problem- in a year, I have never had a vape cartridge leak. BUT Lo and behold, another first with Knox. When I get the cartridge home....it is in fact leaking. Into my mouth from the mouth piece. Customer service asked me 6 questions about wether or not I was storing it properly (during the 3hrs it was in my possession).... before irritatedly telling me I could return it to the store.
