Great place to shop! I love this store! As the other reviewer said, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The products are also top of the line. I vape with the Aspire Nautilus Mini and had been purchasing my coils from another vape shop in Crestview (3 packs in total). They would last 3 to 4 days before tasting burnt. Two weeks ago I purchased a pack from Simply Vapor and the coil I put in has lasted for 9 days now, and still no burnt taste. Although I haven't been to the store, I have ordered vape gear from the owner, Jim. I have found him knowledgeable, interested, honest and straightforward. I like all the vape shops in Crestview so far but Simply Vapor really excels at customer service. You get a knowledgeable staff, clean shop, plenty of mods and juice (driptonic, space jam, next vapor, etc) to choose from, competitive pricing. A loyalty card program for e-liquids (buy 10 get 1 free). The next vapor (50/50 PG/VG) atomic and blue raspberry juices are definitely worth a try. One of our initial visits to Simply Vapor was after we had purchased a clone from a different vapor shop in FWB that came with a faulty tank, the staff at Simply Vapor took their time and attempted to repair it for us even though we had purchased it from one of their competitors. The only mod I've bought from them so far has been a dna30 mod. It's been great so far and it's definitely cheaper and perhaps a little healthier than my cigarette habit was... and plus it has that slightly cyberpunk'ish feel to it, which is irrelevant, but awesome. The staff will take their time with you and show you how to build coils, fill your tanks, etc. In other words the store offers pretty much everything you'll need to have a good vape while offering a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Perhaps it has a some je ne sais quoi that gets me to shop there as opposed to neighboring vapor stores when I buy locally but I've been pleased with every purchase I've made at Simply Vapor to date.
