Fortunately for me they are local, so I can call in orders for pickup rather than having them shipped. The staff I've interacted with have been so friendly and helpful, which has made the ordering experience really pleasant. Even in social distancing times they were easy enough to pickup from with little to no actual contact. I've been ordering for close to a year now, and I have tried a LOT of the hard candy flavors. I love the different fruit mixes, and the dry mouth sour cherry candies, but I think the guava are my favorite. During October part of the proceeds was donated towards breast cancer and I wish I had ordered more at that time! I don't have a huge sweet tooth, but I crave these all the time now! I like to suck on them while running, skiing, curling... or just at work sometimes. I have also tried the root beer hard candies, the creamsicle mix, the vitamin cherry lollipops, and the caramel apple taffys, and the mints. I would like if the root beer ones had a little more flavor, but they're still good. The taffys were really sticky, so they were a little hard to eat, but I popped them in the fridge and it solved the issue. I haven't yet tried any of the chocolates, but have my eye on the coconut ones! Guilt free candy that contains fiber, is good for teeth, and tastes great? I'd received gifts from the shop before so I finally made it there to purchase something for a popcorn-loving friend for her birthday. This family owned business has been around since 1944! They offer freshly made popcorn in 50+ flavors/combinations with both savory and sweet options. I bought a bag of chipotle white cheddar, but also considered the churro popcorn, pina colada, birthday cake, and peanut butter flavors. The chipotle white cheddar popcorn was amazing. Definitely one of the best packaged flavored popcorns I've had - ever. The popcorn stayed crisp and fresh for several days after opening and was buttery tasting and delicious. I can't stop thinking about it so I'll have to get more soon! The store also carries lots of great gift baskets, popcorn supplies for home and for wholesale: popcorn poppers, lots of different types of popcorn containers/buckets/bags, kernels for popping your own at home, oil and seasonings, etc.! They will even help you create a popcorn bar for your events - great for weddings, grad parties, and other get togethers. I was really interested in some of the unique kernels they have available as I love making popcorn at home - the baby white rice variety might come home with me next time. I love the small 4 oz bags of kernels that they have, which is what I bought for my friend. It's the perfect amount to sample the different varieties to find your favorite. The employee who rang up my purchases was super polite and friendly, and then the best part - I was asked if I wanted some freshly popped popcorn to go! A free little treat that made my day. Breakfast is served anytime they're open, which is cool since it's my favorite meal. Nate and I were in the area running an errand a few months ago, so we stopped in for lunch. We got the bratwurst sandwich to split. It was quite hefty, with two thick bratwurst patties, sauerkraut, and stone ground mustard on a pretzel bun. It's served with fries that are seasoned and almost beer battered. I think I was expecting it to be amazing with how awesome it looked, so I was a bit disappointed when it fell a little flat. It was just really lacking in flavor for me. The patties were juicy and cooked nicely, they just didn't have a lot of flavor. Then even the sauerkraut seemed like it was almost just braised cabbage, not a lot of that zingy sour flavor I like. I'd like to try a burger next time, or maybe breakfast - I saw a photo of the corned beef hash that looked so good! The two employees working were super friendly and kind, and one came out and checked on us as we were eating. If I lived closer I'd definitely go back soon to try something else. Nate and I stopped in after breakfast at Real Food Cafe recently and picked up some groceries and a hanging basket for my mom. The layout of the store is kind of strange and crowded, so it was difficult to maneuver the large cart at times. It took me a bit to find some items since this isn't my regular grocery store, but I was able to find 99% of the stuff on my list. I didn't see many employees around to ask for help finding things. The garden center was a similar situation with only one person who looked to be working there. I wasn't sure which hanging baskets were for sun vs. shade, but some were labeled. They had tons of flowers, vegetables, and other plants available for sale. I can't really comment on pricing since I'm not the plant person in my household, but I'd rather support a local business like Ken's over Lowe's or some other big box store.

I stopped in two weeks ago to see if they would be able to help me with my gender surprise party and the balloon I needed to be filled. The staff was SO accommodating and very helpful. They had obviously done this before! I brought in my own large balloon- as they do not sell a gold balloon with a 36 inch diameter that I wanted for the party. They were more than happy to fill it for a small cost. I gave them our note from our Dr that indicated the baby's gender (that i did not want to see- as this was a surprise for us as well) and two packets of confetti- pink and blue. I asked them to please fill the balloon with the color coordinating confetti with the gender of the baby and to throw the other confetti out so i would not see it once i picked up the balloon. Also, i asked them to reseal the note so i would not see that, but i wanted it returned when i picked up the inflated, confetti filled balloon. Not only did they follow my instructions PERFECTLY, but they were SO nice and sweet about it all. They helped insure that the surprise was intact and I would not find out from them. It worked out awesome. I also purchased other balloons from them for decoration and i was able to pick them up at the time i specified and all was ready to go. I am so appreciate of their help and effort to make our gender surprise a successful surprise! You can tell they do this a lot!

Manager called and confirmed with the other store but still wouldnt price match. Customer service was terrible. Manager Michelle was extremely rude and not helpful what so ever. She also had a terrible attitude. Ive had awful service here multiple times and will nevergo back again, i will also warn everyone i know to avoid this place at all costs.
