Me and my bestie made an appt for Mother's Day for a scalp massage and it was so relaxing. While getting the scalp massage, the chair was also massaging the body from arms to legs as well. Fair prices! Was able to book an appt pretty last minute. Lylyan was my eyelash tech and tbh I was a bit hesitant to get my lashes done when I met her mostly because of the language barrier. Anywho, I showed her a couple of pics from the royal lashes page and asked for a natural look and she said "ok". I asked some specific questions about the length of lashes and maybe she misunderstood me, because she also responded with "ok." I asked again and eventually she said it was a "Rainbow look" with 11mm lashes. Just to make sure she knew what I wanted and didn't want i also showed pics of lashes I definitely did not like (volume, cat eye, dramatic..) and she said "ok". Anywho... she was short with the responses and I didn't mind much because all that mattered to me was that she gave me exactly what I wanted! In the end she said my lashes was a combination of 9-11mm extensions. Overall very happy with my first time here. Would definitely come back. Hopefully they don't fall out too quickly . Emily is the best. She does designed lashes that fits your eyes per request. The place is big, clean, and nice. Staffs are very friendly.

Do NOT go to this place. They do not care about the health of your lashes. Tam did my lashes the first time. It was the most painful lash experience I've ever had. My eyes kept watering and I was crying at one point but she kept taking the brush and wiping off the tears by going under the lashes which irritated my eyes even more. She NEVER asked me what style or design I wanted. It was such a painful and bizarre experience. For the next 10 days my lashes kept shedding after I brush it. Tangles and stickies were everywhere and the clumps that fell out had up to 3 natural lashes stuck to one clump. I finally had a day off and messaged them that I just wanted to remove the lashes because I was in so much pain. The owner of the place texted and then called me back telling me to come back and she will fix it until I'm satisfied and even free of charge if I wasn't satisfied. I kept refusing and just wanted a removal. I never asked for a refund and was willing to pay for the removal. The owner kept insisting and I stupidly agreed. This time I was prepared. I took screenshots of pictures of lashes from their own Yelp and specifically asked for them to check for any stickies at the end. So they got started.... There was another tech who did the removal and when she started on the removal, the owner tried to stop her and that tech had to verbally tell the owner how bad the set was and she has to remove it. The removal was the best part. Then the owner came and did the set. I showed her the picture I wanted and said I wanted cat eye hybrid with thin lashes. She kind of made a noise and then started. The experience was not painful this time and I was relieved. I looked at the end result and it was a wet set doll eye.... I was so mad but just kept my mouth shut because I knew I was never coming back. As long as there's no stickies I'll just take it. The owner then proceeded to charge me for a 3 week fill even though I came back in 10 days in pain. (Ps I had to wait 10 days because of work, otherwise I would have come back much sooner). I was confused and when I asked her, she said it's because I booked for a 3 week fill. I booked for a 3 week fill online originally because that's how long I wait for a fill, but I clearly had text and phone conversations with her about me coming in early for a removal due to the pain! As I was walking out the owner kept saying she will only fix anything for 3 days after that date. She then kept insinuating that it's my fault for waiting 3 weeks as if that somehow caused the pain. And I didn't wait 3 weeks... it was 10 days. 4 days later a sticky started hurting me and I texted her to fix the sticky for me. She said I had to pay for a fill because it's past 3 days. I calmly explained to her that I am NOT asking for a fill but just a fix. Stickies sometimes do not start hurting until days later as the natural lashes grow out. She still insisted on payment. I have never been to a place that charges for their bad service. In the end I just went to another lash tech and paid for the removal because I did not want to argue. Please do NOT go to this place. They do not care for your lashes and their negligence will somehow be turned into your fault as they take your money. read more

Literally left crying and I paid $90. As a small business owner, I hate leaving bad reviews but Emily was rude and refused to fix the issue. The prices are cheap but not worth the terrible service and generic wispy set that's she suggested I pay money elsewhere to get fixed. I DIDN'T even ask for a refund just for a removal and she refused to because she "didn't want too" and because she " took two hours". Keep in mind, before starting SHE REASSURED me that she knew what I wanted & told me her largest size was 16mm but the company of lashes she uses was the same length as the 18mms that I had on bc they run long, if that was ok, I said ok then. I made sure to confirm that I was getting a volume cat eye with a harsh line bc she kept showing me pictures of wispy sets, I EVEN TOLD HER THE SIZES I WANTED AND SHE USED SIZES I DIDNT ASK FOR (initially I asked for sizes 14-16-18, but again, she said her largest was 16 but the same length as my 18mm so I asked for 12-14-16), I got a wispy set instead, even after specifically asking that I not get wispy and only use those 3 lengths in the map that I provided. When I asked for a removal(didn't even ask for my money back) she suggested I get them filled somewhere else. As a lash tech if my client is unsatisfied within an hour I try to find a solution, Emily argued instead. I came here because this was last minute and for a trip, I feel so insecure I don't even want to leave California. Oh and I was almost bullied into leaving a good review on Yelp because she kept hovering over my shoulders!!!! Had Emily used the map that I provided even with smaller sizes I would've been satisfied, had she even removed without a problem after I expressed dissatisfaction, I might've been back. Why do I have a wispy set with mixed sizes when I specifically asked for a volume set with set sizes!? ALSO, I didn't ask for a refund just a removal within the first 10 mins but after she made me cry she & told me to wait two hours for a removal that takes 5 minutes and can be done in between clients like I do. I left within 40 mins bc sh had already waisted 3 hours of my time by then, so I called asking for a refund and if we can RESCHEDULE my removal and she called me crazy while insisting it was her business place, even though I never asked to speak to a superior , so I asked for her licensing number which is legally public knowledge because it is my right as a customer to file a proper complaint and she refused too(which is illegal). Also, left eyelid was swollen for 3 days. read more
