They were great with my little baby I had never taken my 10 month old puppy to a groomer and she also has really bad separation anxiety. I'm sure she was hell to work with, but Alex was great and very understanding. I wouldn't have gone if he wouldn't have been so patient and kind over the phone answering all my questions and explaining the process. Will be a repeat customer for a long time. Incredible groomer! Daniel did such a great job with my pups Milo and Butterball! He was able to cut and grind Milo's nails shorter than any groomer I've taken him to! Milo has a long quick and he didn't even bleed! Price is very reasonable! I paid $80 for 2 baths (min pin and Maltipoo), which included teeth brushing, anal gland expression, ear cleaning and a face and paw trim for my maltipoo. They also have a referral program where you'll get $10 off for referring a client. They also have a rewards system; After the 10th service, you'll get a free service! I've taken my two maltipoos here for almost two years. I've always taken them back because the actual cuts are great, but I've had several issues with time mismanagement. After the last groom, I won't be back. I had two 12:30 pm appointments and rescheduled that morning for several days later. My schedule freed up so I called back to see if I could get my original appointment slots at 12:30 pm. They said yes, so I dropped them off, and I was told it was a busy day so pick them up at 5 pm. I called at 4:30 pm to make sure that they would be ready at 5, and was told to pick them up at 5:45. My husband arrived at the salon to pick them up at 5:45, and he was then told to come back at 6:30 pm. He waited until 6:30, and they told him another 10 minutes! So it took over 6 hours for them to groom my small and medium maltipoos. My one dog had a lot of matting, but I went over this issue with the groomer when I arrived, and even matting doesn't justify a 6+ hour wait. If they didn't have time, they could have just told me that earlier when I asked I could still have my original appointment times and I could have brought them a few days later. So frustrating. This is not a boarding facility where dogs waiting can run around, so waiting that long is stressful for the dogs, who are just in cages surrounded by barking dogs the whole time. My husband also asked about the operation and learned that they kennel or cage dry, which is just more stressful to dogs than hand drying. The worst part was that my dogs clearly didn't have any water for the 6+ hours because they ran straight to their water and drank for so long when we got home. The groomer might do a great job with cuts, but the overbooking issue is just not good or healthy for the dogs. read more

Grooms here are hit or miss. I've had my dog groomed here 5 times. It's good enough for me to keep going back but every other time the cut is uneven or large spots have been missed and are significantly longer than the rest of the coat. OMG! My dogs first time here. I was nervous at first because I had been going to the same groomer for 6 years. I was so happy when I saw my dog! We worked with Daniel who took care of our 14 year old dog. Daniel went to great lengths to ensure our old guy was comfortable and made some simple accommodations to ensure he was safe and calm. Daniel gave us a detailed breakdown of the process which was appreciated. What we appreciated the most was the excellent cut (truly the best looking doggie cut) and the look on our dogs face when Daniel brought him out to see us.
