    E-scooters that I'm considering purchasing.

AJ is very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm thinking of purchasing my first scooter and AJ took his time to explain the differences between scooters and what maybe better suited for my recreational needs. He gave me comfort in making a purchase with Fluid Free Ride gives me confidence they really stand behind their products. I will be heading back soon to make a purchase.

The only reason this is a 1 star is because I can't go any lower. I pre-ordered a scooter (Nami Burn-e) that I knew was going to take about a month and some change before it got delivered. Upon waiting that time frame, it was delivered, but severely damaged. Many other customers reported similar damage to their identical scooters. Thursday morning, 06/17/2021, @ 11:24am PST- I report my damages directly to FluidFreeRide via their support email address. Around the same time, I also posted pictures and reported my damages on several e-scooter community groups on Facebook. @ approx. 2:20pm PDT - The owner of FluidFreeRide commented directly to me on one of those posts. Friday, 06/18/2021 @ 8:43am PDT - I got an email reply from a FluidFreeRide representative saying my case would be escalated with management. @ around 7:50pm PDT - I started seeing Facebook posts of people who reported their damaged scooters AFTER ME saying that FluidFreeRide had already set up replacement plans with them. Monday, 06/20/2021 @ 9:51pm PDT - A different FluidFreeRide representative tells me I will receive a return label "shortly," and upon dropping it off at the courier and sending a picture of the drop-off receipt, they'll ship the replacement unit. Tuesday, 06/22/2021 @ 2:43pm PDT - I confirm with 1 person who reported their damages after me that they had already received their return label. I reach out to FluidFreeRide again by email. They respond by saying they won't change the shipping order on the replacement units. @ approx. 8:00pm PDT - I confirm with a 2nd and 3rd person who also reported their damages after me that they had been set up with a return label and confirmation from FluidFreeRide that their replacement will ship soon. I also make a post about this on several Facebook groups; predicting that they will not ship them "in order." Wednesday, 06/23/2021 @ 9:21am PDT - I receive my return label via email. So much for getting it "shortly." Thursday, 06/24/2021 @ 11:48am PDT - I drop off the damaged scooter with the courier. 15 minutes later, I send a scan of the receipt to FluidFreeRide - which they confirm receiving and create the replacement unit order. Friday, 06/25/2021 @ 5:14pm PDT - I receive a mass-sent email that explains replacements had already begun being sent out that same day and should be finished by Wednesday, 06/30/2021. @ 9:27pm PDT - I confirm that 1 person already has tracking information that shows their replacement was in transit. This is one of the same people who had originally reported their damages AFTER ME. @ 10:21pm PDT - I post about this in 5 Facebook groups. 2 of them choose not to approve of my post and censor me. Saturday, 06/26/2021 @ 8:25am PDT - I receive an email from the owner of FluidFreeRide admitting that I had been overlooked, in spite of having priority being among the first to report my damages in the first place. The biggest slap in the face is that I had been active, diligent, and putting this out into the public from day 1. Not that it mattered, but I also confirmed around this time that a 2nd person had received tracking information confirming their replacement was in transit. They also had reported their original damages well after me. @ approx. 9:00am PDT - One of the groups posts a celebration message claiming that FluidFreeRide had corrected the damaged scooters situation "100%". This is absolutely false as I had been pacified, hushed, and swept under the rug across a span of 7 full days. The complete negligence of their actions and the behavior of the company to string me along while others got serviced before me is unacceptable. My money and efforts earned me the right to be serviced in proper order, but this failed miserably. On top of the poor service, the censorship and reputation control by special-interest groups associated with FluidFreeRide is dirty, disgusting, despicable. Nothing about these circumstances is acceptable. I will never be doing business with FluidFreeRide again.

I order new OXO and this is what I've got
    Dmitry S.

I wish I read negative reviews first prior to placing the order with them. I bought Inokim OXO + Inokim Mini2 a week ago as part of their online promotion = get OXO and receive Mini2 for free. Sounds good? Yeah but the reality is different :) So this weekend I got the delivery. The Mini2 box was great - clearly "new" condition. The box of OXO - 1. was totally destroyed (like when someone opens the box and they just destroy the cardboard during the process of opening it) 2. taped everywhere (one box fell out from another) 3. box said "OX" not OXO. So their explanation was that they're packing stuff and bla-bla-bla. And then I was asked to inspect the box and open it and send them pics what is inside. I have a feeling that If I would have done this - they would say ... oops it was opened, you can't return open items... Seems they are trying to sell used items as new. Pathetic. Wanted to support the US company. Will initiate the return or cancellation through my AMEX if they don't send me a new OXO in the original OXO box.

The Fluid Free Ride scooter was delivered broken, damaged and defective. There were scratches all over the scooter. The breaks did not work.

Brian (fluidfreeride) May 8, 2023, 14:38 EDT Hi there, Please send the video indicating the said issue here. Thank you! Best regards, Brian Matthew May 8, 2023, 15:04 EDT Hello Brian, Thank you very much for your time. I appreciate your help today on getting the Fluid City Rider replaced for the defects on this scooter. Please see attached video and pictures. The rear break is making a loud noise when the wheel turns. I was also very disappointed on the overall condition of the scooter. There were scratches and defects all over the scooter. I have taken some pictures of the more visible damage. I purchased the Fluid City Rider with the intention to purchase the NAMI Burst when it is released. I hope we can correct this problem. Brian (fluidfreeride) May 9, 2023, 16:12 EDT Hi there, We are very sorry for this delay and all the troubles that this has caused. This is now escalated and is currently being reviewed. Please give us until end of today or early tomorrow to have this reviewed by management and we will make sure to get back to you with a resolution. Thank you for understanding. Best regards, Brian Matthew May 9, 2023, 16:27 EDT OK. Thank you Brian. I will be expecting your reply with an appropriate solution tomorrow. Thank you. Adam (fluidfreeride) May 10, 2023, 11:38 EDT Hi Matthew Ramos, We will replace your unit. We will provide you with a return label shortly. Once you receive the label, , please pack the scooter safely, and arrange the pickup with fedex. Have a look at the following article that contains packing instructions: How do i safely pack my scooter?. Once packed, please send us pictures of every side of the box. When you deliver the scooter, please send us a picture of the drop off/pick-up receipt and we will create the order for the replacement unit. Please write down your ticket number on the scooter's box. Best Regards, Adam Adam (fluidfreeride) May 10, 2023, 11:39 EDT Hi there, Please see your label attached Regards, Adam. Attachment(s) Order-#672281_Package-1-of-1_Return-Label_1.pdf Matthew May 11, 2023, 10:17 EDT Hello Brian, Thank you for sending the FedEx packing slip. I will be sending the Fluid City Rider back today. As mentioned previously, this scooter is my transportation for everyday commuting. I am extremely disappointed that I am out of transportation. Originally, I visited Fluidfreeride in Miami to purchase a scooter in store, just to find out they have next to nothing for inventory. I was told I will need to order the scooter online which was against my better judgement even though the store offers larger discounts and 50% off accessories. I then waited a week for shipping and when the scooter finally arrived, it was broken with multiple defects and scratches. It almost seems like I was sold "an open box" or "refurbished scooter". I bought the Fluid City Rider for the time being until the NAMI Blast is released which I intended to buy as soon as it comes available. I am having a difficult time because this has been a huge inconvenience on Fluidfreeride's part. I would have thought that Fluidfreeride would have wanted to accommodate a customer for the trouble and frustration on receiving a defective product. I am having to go out of my way to return a damaged scooter that should have been inspected before it was ever sent out. I am not sure what the correct answer is here but I think an upgrade or a very large discount off the next scooter is in order to say the least. If this is not possible, please refund my credit card in full and I will do business elsewhere. Adam (fluidfreeride) May 11, 2023, 12:21 EDT Hi Matthew, Thank you for your answer. We can offer you as a compensation for the trouble a $50 reimbursement (10% from the scooter's price) or any accessory of your choice for free. Regards, Adam. Matthew May 12, 2023, 08:18 EDT Adam, Thank you for the update. Yesterday I went to the FedEx location on 1587 N Federal Hwy Fort Lauderdale, Fl 33304. I was told by the employee that they were not able to take the Fluid City Rider because the unit has a battery in the box. I explained to the young lady that this is exactly how FedEx delivered the box. Once again this problem keep escalating. I am having to take more time out of my very busy schedule to arrange and pay for transportation to take care of a persisting problem that should have never occurred. With all do respect, I find the $50 compensation for all of the problems that has occurred rather insulting. My time is worth a lot more than $50. I am extremely disappointed in Fluidfreeride company and would no longer like to do business with them. Please credit my account the full amount and please make arrangements to pick up your scooter. Matthew May 12, 2023, 08:35 EDT Adam, Please find attached pictures of Fluid City Rider scooter packed up properly. On Friday, May 12, 2023 at 08:18:29 AM EDT Adam, Thank you for the update. Final tweaks before hitting the road.

This location is awesome. I literally went from thinking I made the worst mistake ever buying this Nami scooter to being extremely happy with my purchase. They took very good care of me and made sure everything was right before I left. Jay and Angel in service and Edgar in sales went above and beyond to work out all the kinks from shipping and or manufacturing.

I went in to try and exchange a $30 bike lock that I never used. I brought the receipt expecting a simple exchange and instead was met with a young man with an Afro and a middle aged woman with black hair that told me they couldn't help because it did not have the cardboard backing with the barcode on it. They refused, saying no one would buy it and it was their management that told them this rule and refused to help. I could have gone to any big box store and would have received better service and care. Unfortunately, I will never come back here again even though I was looking to get a bike fitting and considering their services even though it's $250. I'm looking somewhere else!

Hate to write this review but I had the worst experience at this bike shop. Which absolutely sucks…read morebecause I have been to their other location in doral, multiple times, where the customer service is great, everyone's friendly but at this gables location? They all, including the bike mechanic, need some training. I brought my bike in last week because it had a flat. First they said the service for both wheels & 2 tubes wouldn't be more than $120 - the service ended up being $200. The price is fine but why say $120 and then charge $200? I haven't had my bike for more than 2 years, I've never fallen on my bike, I take care of it like it's my child & on top of that, I barely ride it - when I picked up my bike the mechanic said "did you ever notice this dent on the rim?" No, I never noticed it because it wasn't there. THEY dented my rim - probably in the process of removing my tire. Now that's something else I need to fix. 2 days after picking up my bike - it's flat again (didn't even ride it btw). These people didn't properly put the tube. I called them to let them know that I'll be passing by so they can fix it - whoever answered the phone was extremely rude with an attitude. I ended up going to the doral location and it was fixed within 5 mins. But because of the horrible customer service from their gables location, I'll just be taking my bike elsewhere. Too many bike shops in Miami to be dealing with an incompetent one.

I have to hold back my tears of joy here…read more Bad news first outside of Mack's....over the past month I was screwed 2x by 1) a local shop in Tampa FL (UBC) and then by Erik's bike online. (received charge backs from both from my Bank). Both UBC and Erick's took my $600 deposit (UBC) and 3K+ (Erik's).... yet neither merchant had the Specialized Roubaix SL8 I ordered and paid for in their inventory. After calls and calls to follow up on the status, both UBC and Erik's dodged/deflected/gaslit me. Why? I have inroads with the FTC. My theory is that both Erik's and UBC potentially used my payment (amongst other consumers) as interest free loans to boost/float their short-term capital/liquidity to pay off their creditors b/c of their razor thin margins. This is illegal per FTC's rules and regs. This made me sick to my stomach. Good news: Hit the batch - secured my Roubaix, it's now in my hands. THANK YOU MACK. Honesty and integrity - highly recommend. Hell of a bike can't wait to uplevel from my hybrid (14 mph on 20 mi ride to 16 mph) LFG!

I was able to secure the new teamdream and cannondale caad14 in a size 56 from Mack's cycle shop in Miami. Darien was a super sweetheart on the phone so no love lost there, so I put down my deposit and was called this morning to let me know the bike is no longer going to be sold, but rather it's going to be used as part of a fundraiser for "Best Buddies." Additionally, it's now listed as DOUBLE the price on their website. So it's really nuts to think that anyone in their good mind would pay $5k for an aluminum frameset. I think donating the proceeds is all good and well, but it really left a bad taste in my mouth to work with an authorized dealer who sold me a VERY limited product, only to take it back the next day. I've called all the shops listed for this bike around the country after that and they are sold out. I'm truly stunned by this behavior and I hope that whatever good intention y'all had is met with karma on your end.
