This place is wonderful! You can buy any kind of upholstery fabric for chairs, curtains and other. I first bought material for my bistro table on my front porch. My chairs turned out great. I am not an expert on recovering anything-but it turned out pretty good for my first time. I am thinking about buying some more material to make some unique and interesting drapes for my windows. Unbelievably Arrogant and Ignorant. When you ignore what your customers are repeatedly saying and show them the exact opposite of what they repeatedly tell you they want, you are either unbelievably arrogant or ignorant and there's no doubt you're going to not only lose business but gain a well deserved scolding on multiple social media platforms. My wife and I were approached by a very young looking male who we showed one of the existing cushioned seats for our dining room set of eight chairs. We explicitly told him we wanted a heavy, dark material and thick padding, likely 2" or more. We've reupholstered these before and knew what we wanted. He immediately directed us to the "premium" fabric in the store that was white and explained why it was what we should buy. When we asked if it came in dark colors, he said "no". Strike one, failure to listen to your customers. We asked him again to show us what he had in heavy, dark fabric, even black, and he directed us to a single roll of lightweight, sheer black fabric. Mind you, there were hundreds of rolls of fabric. When I say sheer, I mean you could see your hand on the other side of the fabric and the light shining through it. What part of heavy fabric was unclear? Strike two, failure to listen to your customers. We figured we would look around the store by ourselves as this employee clearly wasn't interested in listening to us, but we were also interested in feeling the density of their 2" seat cushioning. The first thing he showed us was a light batting that he said we'd want. No foam. So we asked a second time to please "shown us your 2" foam". He then brings us out a piece of 1" foam and says "this is what you want to end up with." Strike three, failure to repeatedly listen to your customers. We asked him directly if there was a problem and why he didn't show us a single thing we specifically asked for. He thanked us for coming in to "his store" and we took the hint and left, thoroughly disgusted. We will NEVER recommend anyone to patronize this place. Arrogance and ignorance are great ways to lose customers and gain reviews like this. read more

You know, it's rare in this day and age to get one on one customer service where you genuinely feel like someone cares that your project goes well. This fabric/ upholstery store has so many lovely choices, and the family who owns it gave my husband and I white glove service, even though our project was a small one. I'd get down to FLUS before the secret is out about this gem of a shop and it's standing room only in there! Thanks so much- we will be back! read more

I am not chain store fan and this place has some really lovely pieces I am so excited I took the trip. The father and son were extremely helpful and had some great ideas for my project. They also offer reupholstering, can make cushions and curtains if you do not do the work your self. I really enjoyed my trip and left with an Italian fabric for diningroom curtains that I am super excited about! Fabrics are arranged by color and purpose - very easy to navigate and not overwhelming. This company changes the rules as they go along. Then when you call them on it they get extremely nasty with you and end by telling you they don't want your business anyway. Just my thought, but maybe others should be wary of trusting them and/or doing business with them. They told me that 10 days ago their business was slow and they were willing to cut a deal. Now, however, business has picked up so they no longer will honor that deal. Be very careful when you are trying to deal with them. read more

I shopped for fabric to update my dining chairs and Sami helped me make such a wonderful choice in a matter of minutes. He is so helpful and knowledgeable with the intent of pleasing his customer. I loved my completed project! My upholsterer also complimented my fabric choice. I then shopped for fabric to recover my sunroom furniture. I found just the perfect fabric.
