I waited a month after they came, just to make sure that they were the real thing. Everyone from the sales staff to the guys digging the foundation were really nice. They kept everything clean, and picked up all their tools, trash, and cleaned up all the mud (and there was lots of mud). A bit of history. My husband and I bought a 1937 house in a historic district 2 years ago. We knew that, even though the house had been cosmetically restored, there were pretty severe foundation issues. When our back door no longer would open, I started reaching out to every foundation company I could find. No one called me back. I was floored. I emailed, called again, texted,... nothing. Not one response. Then EcoScape called. I wondered how they had gotten my info, but knew that in my own desperation I surely put my name out on the web asking for anyone to call. Matt showed up right on time, clean, presentable, and friendly. He took thorough measurements and presented all options. He even mentioned gutters, which we pounced on, as our slate roof had none and it was the main cause of our foundation issues. The team showed up the first day and started right in. Those guys can dig! Before you knew it all of the holes were dug. The next day posts went in and they leveled the house. I have attached pictures so you can see how off our house was. Serving as a warning to not renovate your house before getting your house strait. I am happy about every crack as it shows me my house is now on the level. Doors open and you no longer have that uneasy feeling of walking downhill in your own home. Now let's talk about the fabulous gutters. Living in a historic district I knew if the gutters weren't done well I would have the scorn of the association to deal with. The gutter guys came in on the first day of the foundation dig and measured the house and made a plan. On the day after the foundation was done they came in, and in a blur of men and aluminum, we had perfect gutters. The color matched our roof line perfectly, and they look very classy. All in all, super pleased with everything. Would highly reccomend.

A-Plus coordinated the independent engineer's inspection and report as well as after-the-fact plumbing tests. Luis and his team are excellent in craftsmanship, clean-up and additional help in clearing bushes that they didn't have to. The team got bedrock at 7 feet while drilling, validating Jim's original design. The cracks are gone for now. I hope to never invoke the lifetime warranty, but if I do, I am optimistic that A-Plus will stand beside me.

They said they would call the guy that was supposed to come out and call me back. I never heard from them again. I called the following day and asked what happened. I was informed no one could come out due to the weather. I asked why no one called to inform me and the response was, "I don't know". I had a relatively small job for which I needed a mason, but needed this mason to perform detailed…read moreand careful work to fix an issue which my home builder left for me to deal with. This builder was First Texas Homes, by the way. And the home warranty furnished by StrucSure did nothing to help. The firm said, "nope, no problem here!" When clearly you can see the builder screwed up either the foundation forms or when framing the house. The exterior wall brick for one side was completely set OFF of the foundation, so it would be only a matter of time before the brick sagged, cracked, and possibly would bring the whole exterior wall with it. This is what I needed fixed - I needed the mason to remove the existing poor scab work, put in lintels to reinforce the brick wall to the foundation, and do a better scab job to cover the lintels. Eliut's team did a tremendous job. They took their time and made all of the necessary precision cuts to the lintels and cinder blocks to fix this ridiculous issue. When I first called, he responded right away, looked at the issue the next day, understood my main structural concern, texted me all the details, and had his team do the job two days later. I was blown away. He also allowed me to pay with Zelle, which made things super easy. Highly recommended.

We had a large job, replacing…read moresiding, painting the entire two story house and tons of small things to do to fix damage due to a hail storm. The entire process took about a month due to rainy weather. My entire yard was trashed for that month. His workers were messy and used my flower pots as a trash, my outdoor furniture wasn't moved aside for projects and was covered with dust and dirt. They left their lunch in opened trash bags for my dogs to discover. My side trees were cut down 6ft without consultation and some of the cuts were not clean, but ripped off. I was constantly picking up screws, nails, paint chips and somehow they got paint in the dogs water bowl. Sloppy work, they dripped white paint on a black rug, and got paint on my back windows. They removed a piece of outside wood exposing the attic and did not cover it up until days later, after I had to notice it and call Bob. I'm not sure if this was a new crew or what, but there was no "care" taken in their work. I constantly had to call Bob for these problems, which was pretty lame because that was why I was paying him. Overall the repairs I needed done were done but I will not use this company for future house projects.
