I was welcomed into the office on my very first visit by the receptionists and it really felt like home, like these were people who cared about my needs and were here to make sure that I was taken care of to the best of their ability. Two of his staff members that really made an impact on me were Bob and JoAnn. They were both very gentle and professional and seemed to care about if I was comfortable and having a good experience or not. JoAnn did an excellent job helping me pick out some snazzy frames that look great for my face shape and I'm looking forward to getting the phone call that my new glasses are ready!! i have been a patient for about a year, and couldnt be happier. i am always greeted with a smiling…read morefriendly face, and the dr assistants/nurses who take your vitals and prep you for dr visit are always friendly, and accommodating, and always willing to answer questions or offer suggestions to help communicate with dr better. dr ishaque himself is very good, always gives thorough explanation as to what is going on with my health, and took time to make sure i understood what the plan is for treatment, and is thorough in telling me the plan for follow up. i couldnt be happier. even calling to make an appointment is a pleasure, as the receptionists/schedulers are very friendly and accommodating. i am completely satisfied with the treatment dr ishaque and his staff provide.

Wow. I have had a couple of surgeries before and have many doctors in my family so I'm well-versed…read morein the medical field. This place is nothing short of amazing. I had a lot of anxiety about getting an endoscopy here but the staff answered my questions so many times with care and concern. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and compassion. The staff was a little behind on schedule and they continued to apologize but I didn't mind because it gave me time to make some prayers beforehand. The nurse with the pink lemonade nails was a total joy and made me feel at ease! The anesthesiologist was so warm and friendly. When I got into the room, Dr. Nathan Landesman actually took time to speak to me, asked me questions to understand my concerns and reason for visit. He continued to give me space to ask him anything I needed. All with a big smile! The anesthesiologist in the room, Dave or Dale, I forget, was so kind and made me feel so much at ease. Absolutely incredible recovery. I woke up having my mom by my side and another absolute sweetheart of a nurse who kept me comfortable, hydrated and got me snacks. She was an angel! Dr. Landesman came in afterwards and informed me all about the procedure and made sure I was feeling comfortable and doing good. He let me know everything he found and made me feel reassured and helped give advice on treatment and a plan to further investigate my pain. Absolutely 100% *OUTSTANDING* medical office, bedside manner, everything all around! I wish every medical experience I have had was as smooth as what I experienced here at Health Park Endoscopy!! Anyone who has gone through this knows how physically demanding and exhausting a 24-hour liquid fast and prep are. When we arrived, he honestly mentioned he took a tiny sip of water an hour prior. The staff immediately treated him with hostility, acting as if he had committed a crime. While we understand there are medical guidelines for sedation, the paperwork they provided explicitly stated that a sip of water was allowed with medication. Because the instructions were ambiguous and poorly written, my husband made an honest mistake. Instead of explaining the medical risks calmly and professionally, the staff treated him like a nuisance and rushed to get rid of him. The worst part was the absolute lack of organization and accountability afterward. I called to see how we could resolve this since he was already completely prepped. First, they told us to come back at 4:15 PM. Then, they took it back, stating they close at 4:30 PM and "didn't want to stay late" if the procedure ran over. Then, they offered an appointment for the next day at 12:00 PM, only to call back again and cancel it, literally telling me that he "doesn't fit in the place." The clinic director was incredibly disrespectful and defensive. They refused to help, refused to accommodate him after making him go through a grueling physical prep, and refused to even refer him elsewhere. This level of laziness, poor communication, and complete disregard for patient dignity is unacceptable. Do not trust this place with your care. They care more about their clock-out time than human beings.

The front desk staff is extremely unprofessional, they will continue their own personal conversations at their desk while customers are waiting in their lobby to be seen. I have attempted to call their business number for two months straight leaving multiple voicemails to schedule an appointment, they do not answer their phones during business hours and they do not return calls or messages. The employees that work their front desk are incredibly rude, they blame their lack of professionalism on personal problems that have occurred outside of work that have nothing to do with the business. The front desk staff will misquote your services, HIGHLY UNETHICAL. I was told an exam was one price and when I retuned just a few months later to schedule, the same employee told me it was $10 more than what was previously discussed. After asking the employees why I hadn't received a call back after attempting to get ahold of staff for scheduling for TWO months, the employee insisted I was lying and requested to see my cellphone call logs to prove that I had actually called their business number business. While visibly upset over the experience I was receiving from the employees at the front desk, they laughed in my face and told me to leave. While sitting in the lobby waiting to speak to the doctor that owns the practice after receiving such terrible service from the front desk staff, the staff continue to speak at me discussing their person problems out loud. Once the doctor came out to speak to me, he laughed at me while I was expressing how upset this experience made me. The doctor denied my experiences, even while having proof of my attempts at contact and the staff openly admitting to changing the pricing on me. The doctor then told me he will not continue to see me as a patient. Once the doctor dismissed me from his office, a male employee RAN AT ME with AGGRESSION while I stood in their doorway! Stating to hit him! Would not recommend to anyone that values their time, money, safety or peace! This place offers nothing of value and I left being threatened!
