This room can seat about 20/30 people and there is a separate little room for kids or people who don't want to be in the Karaoke mix hehe. There is no food served as it is BYOB and bring your own food. The service is always efficient and awesome. I am hoping to book my mom's party here this year!

I'd also like to mention that her session promised a certain amount of edited photos. She took SO many photos, and ALL of them captured memorable fun, interactions . We ended up with a gallery with way more than the promised amount of edited photos. Lyn and Co. are warm, friendly, and they make you feel like family from the get-go. I'm so glad to have booked with them for our Wedding in December 2022 right before Christmas (so glad they were available). I have been waiting to work with them all year, I also wanted to make sure I supported local (and to support a friend from high school - many of our vendors went to our high school and are in the event/party planning business, so we wanted to support them all as well). Hazel is great to work with, the process to book with her was through her website, she had the best communication from start to finish with emails about our wedding, theme and everything. So professional and quick to work with. We booked Photo Perfect Hawaii for three hours and it was honestly money well spent for everything that was included. Hazel customized our template designs, which matched our wedding invites perfectly! Our photos were in such great quality, her props are the seriously the cutest (they're actually my fave props I've ever seen at a Photo Booth so far) and the backdrops are gorgeous! She gave us our photos and a USB with all the photos at the end of the night and was also quick with sending us a link online to share with family and friends. How awesome! Definitely will be working again with Hazel and her team for our next event!! Thank you again Photo Perfect Hawaii! You helped us make our wedding a memorable one with all of the photos to keep as memories. :)

You're able to design what the printed picture will look like (ex: how many pics, placement, size, text, and background) to fit your party's theme. The best part in my opinion is the high quality photos you get in the print AND the downloadable pics they send to you right after your event. I love being able to have them on my phone to share with my family & friends or even print out in a bigger size later! Hands down the best photo booth I've ever used

She has an incredible ability to connect with children, and our little ones were laughing and genuinely smiling throughout the session -- no forced smiles here! Rita was patient, engaging, and made the experience so fun that our kids didn't even realize they were "posing" for photos. She has an eye for those perfect candid moments, and the way she used natural light and scenery made every shot beautiful. She was able to capture the kids' true personalities and the special bond in our family. These are memories we will treasure forever. The quality of the photos, the memory book, and the keepsake box were second to none. If you are looking for a photographer who combines technical skill with an incredible ability to make you feel comfortable, Rita is the one. Thank you, Rita, for giving us such beautiful photos from our trip!

I am so grateful to her for that! The next greatest part was she included our pup Rose in the photos! 4 weeks ago I gave birth to our little Quinn and we got her photoshoot just before she was 2 weeks old. Rita was so gentle and sweet with her and found such amazing backdrops and props for her. I was even able to breastfeed in the middle of the session! She even was happy to incorporate the quilt made by my husband's grandmother and the blanket with elephants to represent my grandmother. So magical. I can't wait to continue working with Rita, we got her "Grow with Me" package for Quinn and I am looking forward to the magic we will create!

James is especially bubbly and was so kind in helping me fluff my wedding dress and bringing my partner and me water during our photoshoot. I initially chose VIVIDfotos for my engagement shoot because I was looking for exactly their particular style of photos. They capture the true beauty of a moment without being overly stylized or edited. Melissa just has an incredible eye for composition and lighting. I was completely blown away by the engagement photos and immediately booked VIVIDfotos again for my July 2025 wedding. I've received a set of preview photos from the wedding and cannot stop obsessing over them. They're stunning and I couldn't be happier. With VIVIDfotos you're also getting personalized service. A few weeks before the wedding we decided we didn't need 8 hours for our wedding shoot, and asked Melissa if she would allow us to amend the contract. She did so without hesitation and allowed us to credit some of the hours to a future shoot at no cost, even though it will be more work for her to set up her equipment all over again. As we learned with all of our vendors, Melissa is extremely busy and may be occupied with other things, so you may need to remind her of any particular needs the day of your shoot. We had asked for a change of outfit at our engagement shoot, and weren't sure about the protocol for this. We didn't bring it up until the end of our contracted time. She granted us extra time for photos in our 2nd outfits at no extra cost. The photos we received for our wedding turned out wonderfully -- our families were so happy with them, and we were grateful to have those memories captured. But sadly, we're now past 8 months since our wedding, and we still haven't received our highlight or full video, despite following up several times. We also asked for a few specific/missing photos (a large group reception shot and a portrait of the bride with her immediate family) that still haven't been delivered. What's been most disappointing is the lack of transparency and communication. We've been incredibly patient, giving space for the creative process and trying not to rush the team. But after so many months and repeated follow-ups, we're left feeling anxious and in the dark. We've just repeatedly been told "next week" for months and now we've reached a point that we've been entirely ghosted. We trusted Isle Media to preserve the emotional essence of a once-in-a-lifetime day -- and now we're afraid we may never get to relive it the way we had hoped. For a service of this cost and significance, this level of delay and silence is deeply disheartening. If/when our remaining photos and videos are delivered at the high-quality standard you would expect from Isle Media, I'll gladly update this review -- but as it stands, I wouldn't want another couple to go through this and therefore can't recommend their services to anyone looking for an event photographer/ videographer.
