She was incredibly professional, very responsive, and extremely friendly. She also gave great advice regarding optimal backdrops for the photos. The initial unedited pictures were upfront beautiful and the final product was breathtaking. She caught amazing candid pictures throughout the event and did an awesome job directing the group photos (ie imagine posing a large group composed of both elderly grandparents and 4 year-old grandchildren). She was so polite in helping people position themselves for the picture, while also making them feel very comfortable throughout the process. After our wedding, I realized that I had not taken a single photo and was 100% grateful to have Michelle capture our wedding - she did an outstanding job. The photos we received for our wedding turned out wonderfully -- our families were so happy with them, and we were grateful to have those memories captured. But sadly, we're now past 8 months since our wedding, and we still haven't received our highlight or full video, despite following up several times. We also asked for a few specific/missing photos (a large group reception shot and a portrait of the bride with her immediate family) that still haven't been delivered. What's been most disappointing is the lack of transparency and communication. We've been incredibly patient, giving space for the creative process and trying not to rush the team. But after so many months and repeated follow-ups, we're left feeling anxious and in the dark. We've just repeatedly been told "next week" for months and now we've reached a point that we've been entirely ghosted. We trusted Isle Media to preserve the emotional essence of a once-in-a-lifetime day -- and now we're afraid we may never get to relive it the way we had hoped. For a service of this cost and significance, this level of delay and silence is deeply disheartening. If/when our remaining photos and videos are delivered at the high-quality standard you would expect from Isle Media, I'll gladly update this review -- but as it stands, I wouldn't want another couple to go through this and therefore can't recommend their services to anyone looking for an event photographer/ videographer.

We first did my maternity shoot with Rita and I knew we were going to have a great time from our first phone conversation! She is so patient and considerate. I am plus size and it's not easy to find someone who is good at capturing larger bodies in a flattering way, RITA CAN!!! Which is so nice! I felt so comfortable and beautiful in my photos. I am so grateful to her for that! The next greatest part was she included our pup Rose in the photos! 4 weeks ago I gave birth to our little Quinn and we got her photoshoot just before she was 2 weeks old. Rita was so gentle and sweet with her and found such amazing backdrops and props for her. I was even able to breastfeed in the middle of the session!
